Waited a long time to even order, so I was expecting food to be fresh. French fries had a weird rancid oil taste and were mushy and light, not crispy... likely undercooked. The classic beef and cheddar sandwich was tasteless, barely any cheese. But, maybe that was a good thing because the small amount on the sandwich was greesy and cold. The meat was super thin (some of it rubbery), had no flavor, and was slightly warm. I love Arby's, but wasn't able to finish this meal. The lemonade was watered down as well. I was very unhappy as I had to wait, did not get everything I ordered, and I was really very upset! The manager, I think he was the manager, older fella, brought me out my food, he was honestly so nice and did a great job of making things right! He was so sweet! The food ended up tasting great too! We came to Arby's tonight to try the new Fried Mac and Cheese bites. By the way, they nothing to write home about. It was the first time we had been to Arby's in years. But things went downhill fast. Our order came out wrong because the cashier had rung it up incorrectly, so we got an extra sandwich (which we were allowed to keep) instead of nuggets. The manager berated the employee in front of us which was icky. While the food we did get was decent, the nuggets never came so we had to go up and ask - turns out they had been sitting there for a while but nobody thought to even call us up to get them. Then there's the bill, everything was quite expensive for what we ended up getting. We won't be returning. read more

My dine-in lunch experience was very good. The counter service was welcoming, and my meal was brought to my table in about four minutes. The roast beef sandwiches had generous amounts of lean and tasty roast beef on fresh buns. A condiments bar and several sauces were also available. The dining area was clean, with free Wi-Fi and lively background music. I even received a "Have a good afternoon, sir" as I left. Very nice. read more

It always pains me to actually give a place one (1) star. But, this stuff is pretty simple. I ordered our food to go. When we got home we had the wrong sandwich and one of the sandwiches we ordered was missing. Normally I would chalk this up to a mistake. But, the kid taking my ordered repeated my order back to me. When I looked at my receipt, i had been charged for the correct and missing sandwiches. And the same person who took my order was the one that bagged it. The restaurant was not busy at all. Laziness is all this boils down to. The upside was that what we made it home with at least tasted good. read more

Not Impressed. I do not understand why some resturaunts, such as Chic-Fil-A, you walk in and it's clean, and the people working there are clean, but in places such as this Arby's, you walk in and it looks like they just had a bar fight with the involvement of every employee. This Arby's I will not return to. The same person at the counter taking orders is also making food. This store needs a serious lesson in hygiene. Not only did he take money, drop my money on the floor and then pick it up, but he then went to make my food without washing his hands(at least he had the decency to put on gloves) Gross! Despite the poor reviews, we thought we'd try it because of the most recent posting. What a great experience. We bought gyros, the Italian sandwich, a variety of sliders onion rings and curly fries. All the food was the correct temperature and tasty. The sliders were just okay but for kids, just perfect for the picky eaters. We enjoyed our visit with the polite staff and great food. So much better than McDonalds! read more

Let's not even talk about how long it took to get our food. Let's just start with the attitude at the speaker, teenage boy Sounds annoyed taking our order. Then I pull up to the window to pay, I asked for sauces and he said, okay and closed the window. A minute or so later comes back to the window and asks me to pull around to the other side and park so they can bring out my order. After waiting there for a little while, a different teenage boy came out to bring me my food. Again, bad attitude. hands me my bag says, have a nice day and starts to walk back inside. I holler at him to let him know that we didn't have any sauces in our bag. I had to holler at him a couple times because I don't think he was going to turn around with my first three "excuse me sir!" However he did go back in and get the sauces for me. I'd avoid this Arby's unless they wanted to bring in someone to properly train these kids on customer service. I guess we have trouble finding workers in today's society so maybe it really is just a get what you get situation. read more

So, I had to make an account for this because this as downright wrong. I went in today on my way home during lunch rush and during my time in there I had overheard the manager, June is her name, yell and berate at a new trainee, making me and the other customers visibly upset. The trainee was doing her job professionally and politely. I had ordered dine in and it took about 7 minutes for my food to get to me and I could tell the drive thru operator was visibly upset about something. Horrible experience on all aspects. Heading out of town today my boyfriend and I decided to split the 1/2 pound french dip sandwich meal because its our favorite, especially on road trips. When we pulled in, there was only one car in front of us. We ordered the half pound french dip sandwich meal with Medium curly fries and pepsi for the drink. We sat one car from the front for way too long for how slow they were. When we finally got to the window and paid they had us wait even longer saying it was for the fries. Sure we will wait for fresh fries. When we finally got our food and left is when we really started getting frustrated and disappointed. They never gave us our drink which should have been received immediately after paying, our fries were cold, our sandwich was cut 2/3rds one half and 1/3rd the other half and the Auju container was maybe filled a quarter of the way. All in all this was the worst experience we've ever had at an Arby's. We most likely will never return to this location. read more
