Dear Arby's, You have not just filled me with joy but had filled me from top to bottom with meat. Every bite leaves me wanting more, my taste buds are exploding with the white sauce on in-between the roast beef. My life during the pandemic was exasperatingly melancholy due to the fact my only true home, Arby's, in this world was drive through only, enough to make any man break down crying. My memories of eating from the floors used for many years in this sacred space, making it the perfect amount of grease and hair amoung with the remains of other peoples food, the older and crustier the better. For some reason my heart palpitations went away after the pandemic too, weird uwu. Every time I sit down and eat my meat mountain, I listen to Rod Wave. I can see the workers cheerfully flip the Patty's while the rats are singing in a choir.Not only do I hear rats but sacred angels that came to taste a meat mountain, the employees are so nice they always tell me if I like to let it crust:). The burger is so overfilled with both quantity and quality that my grubby greasy fingers that don't know the taste of soap cant even wrap around the burger's toasted buttery buns! The way it stares at me as I attempt to bring it up to my mouth makes me blush and I almost cant finish. Compared to my other meals, which typically consist of roadkill, with toads and skunks being my favorite, Arby's is truly a meal fit only for the GODS. Went to this location and got the Ruben sandwich combo with a sweet tea. The sandwich was thrown together when I opened it most of the meat was off the bread and in the wrapper. The potato cakes were an old brown color and they were cold and not fresh at all. I have been to this location before and it was ok but this was just a very bad experience over all read more

I've been eating at Arby's all over the country for a loooooong time. While their current slogan is "We Have The Meats" I prefer an older one, "America's Roast Beef Yes Sir" because I always get their classic roast beef, usually the medium with Arby's and horsey sauces. Potato cakes and a jamoca shake round out my meal. This location is fairly new and it's always very clean. I want to preface this message by stating how much I really like Arby's on the whole. As a matter of fact, my first job at 14 years was at the Arby's location on 377 in Benbrook, TX. So there is a life long loyalty to the brand. Recently however, what appears to be Arby's policy of only offering "drive thru only" service has become a point of contention. We stopped going to the Arby's in Saganaw TX for this very reason. Simply, Arby's food is not conducive to an "in car dining" experience. But I digress. At this particular date, time, and location, this policy became the focal point where the manager of the store became outright disrespectful. I am staying at a hotel just 50 yards walking distance from this store for 30 days for business. When I walked across the yard to this Arby's location, I met the manager in the parking lot just after I read the sign on the door stating that the dining room was closed. I asked her "They are still doing this?" she simply responded "yea." I asked, "All of the Arbys are doing this everywhere?" She said, "Yea, they are mostly understaffed." I asked "All of them?" She said "I only have 9 people here." I asked, "How is that? How are all of the other restaurants in this area open and you're telling me only Arby's is universally understaffed?" She turned away and started walking back to the store. I asked, "What would you like me to do? Whataburger is open. Burger King is open. Can I at least walk through your drive-thru?" Before I got the last part of my question, she never turned around and threw her hand up in the air dismissing me outright and yelled, "take yourself to Burger King!" I said, "That's fine. I will not return to Arby's until I can visit the dining area." At no point did I get belligerent or disrespectful to her. But her attitude and outright dismissing me was beyond disrespectful. There are a hundred different things she could have said that would have left me disappointed, but satisfied with the exchange without being disrespectful. I know that in the past Arby's has had a policy of not service walk ups at the drive-thru. She could have said, "I'm sorry, I can't allow it. It is for your safety" which was the answer we were told to give walk up customers. Again, there were many ways she could have handled this instead of flipping her hand off at me and dismissing me. It is unreasonable to expect someone to forgo a 50 yard walk, to go back and get their vehicle and drive to the same location to place an order they have no intent of consuming in their vehicle anyway. Especially with fuel being $4 a gallon. It is unfortunate, but I will have to give up on trying to go to Arby's, especially this location after being treated so rudely, until whatever forces that are allowing other restaurants to open their dining areas while preventing Arby's from doing so. read more

This Arby's definitely wasn't here the last time I was out in Fort Worth, TX which was over a year ago. You can't go wrong with Arby's especially for a late lunch when the cafeteria at work is already closed. The place must have recently open because inside was all nice and clean which was a plus for a fast food place and why I give an extra star. I'm not sure if there is a size difference between California servings and Texas servings. My Beef n Cheddar sandwich which was a medium felt like a large. Never the less it was good and their curly fries are always good too. Definitely will come back whenever I'm in Fort Worth, TX and need a quick lunch or when the cafeteria is closed. read more

Literally the worse decision to order from this place. My order was wrong they forgot a sandwich. I argued with the hood ass cook about "nah Bruh I put it in the bag" I said no you didn't. Then the girl on the phone hung up and won't answer the calls. This is how you guys operate. I need someone to contact me on how horrible your customer service is and who you hire. That's now how it works. You're lucky I don't drive up to your establishment to confront the individual who said what he said to me on the phone. 1 star and never order from here again. If I could leave zero I would. I am a Doordasher and when I went in they had a line of people wanting a refund. Never seen that before. I waited 10 minutes after telling them the order I was picking up. When I asked again the girl yelled "oh!" And grabbed it from the drive through window. I opened it and it was cold AND the burger was UNWRAPPED?!?! I asked for a new one for my customer and it came back still cold. Asked again and she sighed telling me to take it and go. The food, as is usual at most Arby's at which I have eaten, was fresh and good. The service was good. The only thing that I would change is the demeanor of staff. They were helpful, but nary a smile. No customer service attitude at all. The kitchen was inexcusably filthy, however. There was trash and food all over the floor. Tried this Arby's and will probably not go there again. We ordered a French Dip meal and a Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich Meal. Our drinks were as ordered. We ordered the chicken sandwich plain and it was correctly made. We had to wait 5 mins for them to cook the chicken, but it was about 10:30 PM, so that wasn't unreasonable. The problems began after we left. We were about 5 miles away when I got into the bag to begin parceling our food and discovered that even though we waited all that time, we were short an order of french fries. The ones we had were room temperature. Seriously, not even warm.i had to get to work and didn't have time to go back, so I just decided it was a sign that I really didn't need french fries anyway. Then I reached into the bag to get out the au jus. As I picked up the container, I realized the lid was not on right, just about a split second too late to do anything about it. As the lid popped off, the container pinched in my hand and hot au jus exploded everywhere. My hands, arms, torso, legs, and all over my car. My clothes and upholstery were soaked in hot, sticky juice (side note- what on earth is in that au jus that makes it sticky?!?!). At that point, going to work was no longer possible, so I had to waste a trip home (roughly 30 miles) to get a shower and clean clothes. Tomorrow, I am going to have to clean the disaster area formerly known as my lovely, clean car. The whole thing was such a disaster that I think I will go elsewhere in the future. 2 years ago, I bought 2 Gyros for dinner. I got home and the meat was very scarce, not like the other times I've gone here and I have been in this neighborhood since 2003. Anyway, I filled out the survey online, gave my name number and address etc. I never heard a word from Arby's addressing the missing meat. So I started to BOYCOTT all of Arbys as it seemed to me they don't care anymore. Skip ahead to a month ago when we decided to end the boycott and try the NEW fish sandwich. We found it not evenly cooked, it was limp and not like a fried fish sandwich should taste. Way too much bun and all these comments were again using my receipt, entered online in their survey. I've not heard from anyone at Arby's so guess what? We are not dining at any Arby's anymore! For the money I'd rather go to a place that knows how to cook a fish sandwich and McDonalds and a few other places have great fish sandwiches at half the cost. Save your time, money and effort, Arby's has the meats and they aren't giving the customers what they pay for and they don't care about complaints, and I don't complain oftne either but the consumer should at least be acknowledge not ignored! read more

Horrid service. We walked in and the manager and two employees are standing at the counter...nobody bothers to smile or say hello. The manager instead bellows for yet another employee saying "get up here, you've got people"...very loudly. She then continues to cut up and talk to the other two employees who are obviously off the clock, and then one of them proceeds to climb over the counter...all while we are trying to order. The poor girl at the register...she had to repeat herself 3 times bc we couldn't hear her over the manager yelling to the other employees in the back. Gave drive through person $20 for a $9.35 meal. I got back .65; not $10.65 as expected. I asked where the rest of my change was and I was told I gave a $10 bill. Well, I knew I was being taken advantage of because I had only $20's in my wallet that I got from the ATM. The bank does not give $10's!! I told the person I was ripped off. It is her word against mine. Guess who usually wins! Them. This appears to be a scam, and people need to confront those who steal from them. I called the District Mgr to report this. He listened to me and arranged it for me to get my $10 from another nearby store. Prob spent $10 in gas to go there to get my own money back! The let me down so damn bad this time! I normally go there on a lunch rush to get food for my family, and when there is a rush I always get everything i order. The one time I went there no rush at all, the sucked! I ordered 5 meals, and even 2 of them were the same! The order I said and the receipt were both right, but the 2 meals that were the same and another meal was wrong when given to me! At first I was confused, because the receipt was correct, but the food they gave us was not correct at all! So I go to bring it up there, when i get there they say they can't refund me and that I said it wrong, the lady even typed it in right and the receipt was right! But they said I was wrong!?! Drive-thru staff is vindictive. Had to repeat our order SEVERAL times. As a result, our order was inedible. (Asked for no lettuce and extra honey mustard: had lettuce and was DROWNING in honey mustard). You could not possibly put that much honey mustard on the sandwich by "accident," as it could not even be picked up, it was completely saturated, including the entire bun.
