Ordered the Pecan Chicken salad sandwich. No pecans in sandwich! Had a few grapes cut in half and also had the apples. Said sandwich would be toasted and it was only toasted sandwich I have ever had with the toasted side on inside of sandwich. The taste was good but very disappointed NO pecans. Fast service, hot food, kind workers, clean building. Great place to stop when traveling.

First I want to say they would have had 4 stars, but lost one as I was leaving. We arrived 3:30 Saturday afternoon and it was empty. I noted the cook and a girl with dyed hair were talking towards the left back area. Then the girl walked to the back and out of sight. We stood for awhile (4-5 minutes ) before the cook looks out to see us (we are tall so not hard to miss) and then he gives us a loud "Welcome to Arby's". I know he was signaling also to the girl who went to the back. A youngish girl with pink/red hair took her time to come back to take our order. The pump ketchup was EMPTY! (How???) So HH (hungry hubby) took other offerings and didn't wait for them to refill, which we never saw done by the time we left. I then noted there were several tables needing some cleanings as well. We chose a table up against the window looking out at the drive through. I needed to push the table out a bit and was stunned to see all the food and crap under the wing legs of the table. (Back to that in a bit here) truly not current day food droppings there was a pile. The food came out good and hot. The girl called HH's name so softly that he missed hearing it, since we were the only ones there I figured she called us. HH had the Big Cheesy burger with a drink & curly fries, he was pleased. I had the Reuben though it was not as well put together as I have seen from other Arby's.. It was clearly rushed though they were not backed up with people at all. The cheese sticks HH & I shared were fresh fried and very good. When we were leaving I spoke with the girl about what was under the table and that the staff will need to move tables when sweeping. She stiffened up and "yes we clean it at night" I tried my best to better explain, and she responded rudely with "we do it at night." TOO long for fast food. If you are looking for a place to grab and go I would not go here. Definitely not fast food. That being said, the food tastes good. But the time it takes to get it, I would rather go to a sit down restaurant. read more

Terrible service, rude employees, waited 25 minutes as the only person in the drive thru.. Food is subpar.

A couple of months ago we went to Arby's in Fort Payne in Greenhill Blvd. we weren't greeted when we stood at the register. The manager was speaking to a subordinate and even looked at us but never said a word. Another employee was talking to her son about her interview for a management position, looked at us with no acknowledgment. Two females walked in from outside. One was wearing her kitchen attire, apron, hair net and latex gloves. The other wore just her uniform. She came to the register and was cheerful etc. nobody washed their hands. The kitchen worker pulled her hair net off, adjusted her hair and put her hairnet back on. She reached into her clothes and adjusted her pants and shirt. She then went to the food area and picked up food and prepped it for customers. ( Never washed her hands). We told the manager who said she'd take care of it. I emailed the Director of Sales and told him about the situation and how filthy the store was. You'd think he would respond to get specifics. I proved we visited that store with a picture of our friend's receipt. This is the worst I've ever seen in restaurants. If employees come in from the outside and don't wash their hands, what about when they use the bathroom? read more

If I could rate this place no stars, I would! Absolutely ridiculous service. Drive thru took at least 10 minutes per car. Zero lighting at 9pm and they don't close until 2am. The drive thru workers were rude and harsh and this experience SUCKED. Also cat feces all over the parking lot! Disgusting. read more

Went in here today and ordered 2 meals. I told the young lady I did not want the drinks. She charged me for the drinks anyway and gave me the cups. When I told her I did not want the drinks she just said okay and took the cups back. The kicker is that there was a assistant manager right there she heard me and looked at me when I asked for my money back on the drinks, then walked away. I would have refused the food too after that but I probably could not have gotten my money back on that either. I had not been to that Arby's in over a year.....looks like it's off the list. I was so excited when I first heard Arby's was coming to town. It was the one place I always stopped at whenever I would travel to another town with one. I was disappointed, though, because this one isn't as good as the rest I've been at. Oh, they keep the place clean and it's still shiny and new, but they don't slice the roast beef as thin as I like and it's expensive. Easy to kill a $20 bill here. Real easy. The only time I eat here is when they have a 5-for-$5 special on sandwiches. read more

I love Arby's sandwiches, but this location is disappointing. While I have no complaints as far as the taste of the food goes, the service is subpar. To make matters worse, they are incredibly slow... all of the time. Fast food is supposed to be fast. I shouldn't have to wait extended periods of time for a simple sandwich. read more
