It's an Arby's, what's not to like? Pros: It's the same as every Arby's you've ever been to. Ample parking Cons: My jalapeno poppers were too hot so I had to wait a few minutes to eat them. read more

Katlynn is absolutely amazing!!!! Wonderful service with a beautiful smile! Thank you!

First I had to order on the app while standing in line because it was so slow. Second ALL of the garbage cans had signs saying "dont use" third they were out of all the sauce except for Arby's sauce which had a sign saying "there is only Arby's sauce sorry :( pls throw away sauce cups" but all the garbage cans were closed. fourth the fountain machine didn't work. fifth I was asked to move because they were mopping the floors 2 hours before closing time, and 15 minutes later there was no floor mopping happening. Sixth there was a car stereo hanging out of the ceiling over where I was sitting. The food was okay but also KEEP IT CLASSY EAST STROUDSBURG read more

Omg what a great stop, my boyfriend and I went here and met Ronnie. She was wonderful and we chatted for a bit. She told us we were a sweet couple and gave us a free desert, some cherry scone which was delicious. We had the chicken wraps, chicken sandwiches, mozz sticks and fries too which were all very good and if my boyfriend wasn't leaving for Canada tomorrow, we would definitely come again! We sat in to eat too and it was adorable inside with a cute Christmas tree and poinsettias. Definitely would recommend! read more

The prices you charge for sloppy put together sandwiches and having to tell the people 5 times you want crinklfries and they still give you curly this location is getting worse and worse read more

Arby's - Love paying for a sandwich and it looks this bad when you unwrap it this location just doesn't care - Fast Food Near Me - East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania

Food looked dissent till I almost took a bite of a Greek Gyro and had a very small piece of cleaning brilo wire (extremely scary) which could of had turn deadly and hospital situation. Guys please check ure food before you eat it this could have had turned really bad. Don't think I'll be back.. read more

Very good food, clean tables, nice workers, and very hot inside seeing how it was 30°. Overall my family will be coming back.

In general, I have no complaint about their food, but what is up with the service lately? Do they have 1 person working the whole place? I ordered tenders and mozz stix. That's it! I was the only car in the drive-thru and there was no one inside the restaurant. I was their ONLY customer and I still got the "can you pull over into the pkg lot and wait." HUH? They're doing this with every order lately. Why does a customer who has ordered 2 sides need to pull over and wait?? Isn't that supposed to happen only when some large order for 17 ppl comes thru. The best Arby's! Whenever we are in the area or passing through this part of Pennsylvania we stop here! The food is always made to order and they always get our order correct. We tend to over order and we always have food to eat for later. Definitely worth a visit! A+++ read more

If I could have given no stars I would. I have been going here for years, and have never seen it as bad as it has been in the past year, or so. The service is horrible. They make you feel like you are forcing them to do what they are getting PAID to do (I've worked in BK, so save save your comments) and they NEVER get the order right. Whether it be incorrect/missing, or partial, yes I said partial (fries half full-missing mozzarella sticks, etc) items, they NEVER get it right. It's not rocket science, and the tickets tell them what is in the order... Can they not read? This last order is just that, the last. We ordered 4 beef, and cheddar, and 2 other items. The beef, and cheddar were JUST BEEF. Not the right amount either, and NOT made correctly. Did they not train? There was NO cheese, NO red ranch sauce, NO onion rolls!!! Just PLAIN beef, on SESAME SEED rolls!!! AND 1 of the other 2 items were NOT in the bag!! We were the ONLY customers!!! The place was empty! They couldn't handle a simple 4 item order with no other customers in sight! Should tell you something. Don't need an imagination to understand why there are no customers. read more

Wonderful workers, excellent service. It's a shame you don't have feedback on your website because I was highly satisfied with my #8 meal tonight. The lady who took my order was so genuine and so was the male who delivered it to my car. read more

The young man with the glasses working tonight was amazing!!! 10/10 I would definitely come back for his customer service alone!

The food there is wonderful I had Injoyed the food there the tables was clean and the floor was too and everything was good and the lady that took my order is so sweet and she took her time taking my order not slow but it was perfect highly recommend coming here read more

Came here for the first time. Placing my order in drive thru, the guy taking the order kept saying "anything else" "anything else" "anything else" after he said it 6 times I asked to speak to a manger. He's making it very uncomfortable. When I pull up to the drive thru window it takes them 20 mins. Unbelievable. Wanting to rush me and then they move slow like shit. read more

My wife went over to arby's last week to try the new prime rib it was nothing list the picture. There was more fat and grizzle could not chew it. Will not go to that location again. Even the regular roast beef sandwiches were not the same. I guess that is what happens with new people not knowing what they're doing and POOR management. Arby's in east stroudsburg. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. There is a short Spanish manager with lonhair and overlined lips that wears huge hoop earrings and several rings and bracelets. When I came into the drive thru she greeted me in a lackluster fashion by saying "what would you like to order". I wasn't even given the courtesy of a greeting. When she asked what I wanted to drink she sounded irritated and made an audible scoff when I ordered doctor pepper. She asked "Anything else" with an attitude before telling me to pull around without giving me my total. When I got the window I asked for Arby's sauce and honey mustard and she curled her lip at me. I go in this location on a regular basis and each time I'm met with her unpleasant presence it ruins my meal. She is not friendly and her hygiene is below Par read more

Food was as expected and tables were clean. It probably helped that I stopped in just before the lunch crowd came.

It's an Arbys, so its menu is a nice change from the usual fast-food fare. But this location is way down near the bottom of the Arbys restaurants I've been to recently. Very little in the way of seating area (really, I mean it - only a few bench seats along the windows). The registers always seem to have a broken display or two, and maybe it's just the time of day I've been there, but it always takes them forever to fill an order. Everything is clean though, so I have no fear about the quality of the food itself. I love the Beef and Cheddars, but I only stop at this particular location if I'm really desperate for one. read more

Understaffed. They messed up multiple orders while waited a long time for my simple order. Patrons have to listen to kitchen alarms that the staff let blare and I assume over-cook our food. I heard one employee complaining that "all of these people shouldn't be out on a Sunday" All the sauce dispensers were empty. read more

I'm astounded at the ride treatment I just had at this Arbys! I'm from an area that doesn't have Arbys. So I guess I was just taking too long to order and the guy at the register had a snarky remark something like "It's not rocket science. So I ordered an item and then took too long again because he had another sarcastic remark ready! Don't misunderstand. I was the ONLY customer in the place. Well technically that's not true because I never really rose to the status of 'customer" because I walked out at snarky remark #2. Hope the owner reads this and fires the guy with salt&pepper hair and mustache that was on the register at 12:30 0n Aug 11 2018. Zero stars not an option or that's what I would have chosen. read more

The roast beef is sliced WAY to thick on all of our sandwiches, the bathroom is a disaster, what a disappointment, i love arbys, my daughter LOVES arbys, but this store we will never be back. The cash register guy was great, he even walked around asking how everything was, he asked me and i just shook my head. I always ring the bell, NOT this time. If they had a disappointment bell, I'd ring the hell out of it. read more

I've been to other locations before and the food was good but this one in particular... I waited and waited while the manager talked to an employee and when I got tired of waiting I left, there was no crowd or reason why it would take long to serve a customer, so I haven't been back read more

Ramshackle. Big and clean, but marred by horrible and inattentive service. Waited 3 minutes for someone to arrive at the counter (employees were outside WATCHING us wait), then someone from the back finally came out to retrieve the employee working the counter and have them take or order. Food was warm, not hot and several of the sauce dispensers were out, as well as 2 of the fountain sodas. But hey, let's give fast food workers $15/hr. I'm sure that will fix the problem. Disappointment. read more

So filthy inside. We walked in and walked right out. I refused to eat there. Smelt so bad and looked really run down. I should have looked at the reviews before hand because clearly I'm not the only one that says it's gross in there. read more

They have recently goes down the tube unless you enjoy eating in a filthy restaurant, try to get ketchup beware how sticky and filthy the counter is and good luck finding a clean table and this place is never busy guess they don't have a cleaning crew read more

Given its in ghetto East Stroudsburg and right by WalMart I have always had extremely low expectations for this place but I've been pretty impressed with the service here. I haven't eaten inside in years, but the drive thru isn't bad. I'll be back here again for sure, it's the only Arby's around. read more

So sad. Went there for diner tonight. At 6:45 PM they had already closed half the dining room leaving the most disgusting part open so all the customers there for diner were crammed together. What a sad excuse for an Arby's. Much better to avoid this Arby's and go to a better one. Maybe some day they will replace the management and clean this location up, but that is not today. read more

My daughter, granddaughter and I stopped in at this arby's a few days ago at approximately 1:00 PM. Not crowded, in fact very few people there. My daughter ordered what should have been a simple order. 1 kids meal with chicken tenders, 1 roast beef and cheddar sandwich, 1 reuben sandwich, 1 order of loaded fries, and 1 soda, and 2 salted caramel cookies. What did we get? 2 kids meals, roast beef without the cheddar, the loaded fries and reuben and soda were fine, 1 salted caramel cookie and one chocolate chip cookie. Now this was ridiculous as it wasn't even busy!!!! We decided not to put up a fuss, but my daughter had really wanted the roast beef and cheddar, so I did take that back and asked them to put some cheddar on it, which they did. The front person then came over to where we were sitting and was slamming chairs up against the table while giving us the stink eye. TOTALLY uncalled for! The food was fine, however the service and attitude of the staff was terrible!!! read more

Please do yourself a favor! Don't ever go here. The manager, I assume her name was Milly? Short Hispanic woman with Hoop ear rings. Very rude. Not happy with her job or life. Can in to eat at 11am place has been opened since 10am. And we had to wait at the counter for 10 minutes before she would even come to take our order because she was too busy talking her gossip of her life. Then when she did take our order she throw our card down on the counter back at us! Soda mechines weren't turned on and had to call her. She gave us an aditude because she had to do her job! Fries were fresh but the sandwich was cold. If you have to eat here, be a guy and talk to her but make sure your conversation is all about her. You might get better service that way!!!!!!!! read more

Just stopped in for a bite to eat while on the road and wish I would have stopped else where. The guy making my sandwich rubbed his face, ran his hands through his hair then grabbed my bread to put in the heater. While he was waiting for it to come out, he was texting on his phone. He even knew I was watching him. I think that was the worst part. If he doesn't care to be sanitary while someone is watching him make food, I can't imagine he listens to a sign that says "all employees must wash hands." Thanks for ruining my Arby's stop buddy. read more
