Today I ordered a Baconator meal and received a spicy chicken sandwich instead. The other order was supposed to be a Junior Bacon, and they handed out a plain patty with nothing on it. No toppings. No effort. Just wrong. On top of that, they've repeatedly messed up meal sizes and constantly forget sauces. It's the same problems over and over again. At this point, it feels like no one is checking orders before handing them out. Customers shouldn't have to double-check everything every single time. I'm paying for what I order, not for surprises.
