Service was fast, and it is well integrated with the Love's Travel Stop. There was a view screen and announcements for open showers, which would be helpful for travelers. Plenty of available restrooms, of course. The orders were correct, and the food came out fast and hot. My sandwich had two top buns, but the jalapeño bites were served boiling lava hot as always. Tables were tidy and there were plenty of lunch customers. Several tables had handy places for you to plug in your electronics for a charge. That was a nice touch. There was a bell for you to ring if you had good service, and I would have rang it but I was too shy!

Man, I LOVE an Arby's!!! It seems this fast food chain is disappearing off the map in Louisiana but this one just recently opened inside the Love's Truck Stop in Rapides Parish, LA. Right off the Rapides Sta Road exit on I-49 (I believe possibly exit #94). It is clean on the inside, they offer those great roast beef sandwiches that I love with plenty of Horsey Sauce. Numerous booths and tables for seating. Service has always been quick and friendly and the price is comparable with any other fast food joint you might stop in while traveling the highways and byways of the interstate system. Stop in and fill up...Arby's "We've got the MEAT!!"

Amazing customer service! Fresh food! They were quick too. This location is the best fast food we've encountered on our whole trip.

Quick stop to get some gas and decided to give it a try. This was my first time and it won't be my last. Definitely get the curly fries.

This Arby's is actually very decent. Fresh food, good service. Sometimes they're slow but always good customer service.

This was our first experience at this small town treasure. We have heard about it from locals and…read morethe radio advertisements since moving to Cenla in 2021. When we walked in we were welcomed with a big smile and a hello. There was a few other patrons and it was very much giving a lunchroom feel. We didn't know what to order so went with the daily special which was a buy one get one shrimp plate. This included picture shows it haft gone (I sadly forgot to take a picture before diving in) but it comes with 6 jumbo shrimp on a bed of thick cut fries that were generously seasoned, two (unpictured) hush puppies and sauce of your choice. We close to go with the suggested "boom boom sauce" and it did not disappoint. So you order from a counter when you walk in, someone brings out your food in a styrofoam Togo container on a tray. You serve yourself whatever drink you want. There are bottled options as well as fountain drinks and teas. Overall it's definitely a win and easy to see why they have been serving Alexandria for 28 years. If you are looking for a place with a small town feel and big flavor check it out. You won't regret it.

Having not posted a good review previously the many times I've enjoyed the food here, I'm very hesitant to post that today my po-boy was not that good. The catfish was very surprisingly thin, and the shrimp was tough and overcooked. That notwithstanding, Po-boy Express has always been my favorite go-to for a good po boy, and I will return in the future.

This is really disappointing because we love the food at Schlotzky's & this is the only location left in Louisiana. We just stopped here during July 4, 2026 weekend. The entire glass front door was cracked & looked like it would shatter if you touched it, but it was not covered for safety. They didn't have ANY tea made & the water out of the coke machine tasted horrible (in Shreveport, we have F grade water, but this was somehow infinitely worse), so I didn't even get a drink that we paid for. Both bathrooms are extremely dirty. My husband said there are never any paper towels in the men's room & the air dryer is rusted & too gross to use. And the water sprays out like crazy when you barely turn it on. He said it also stinks. The ladies room is also gross & the sink looks like it hasn't been cleaned in many years. The toilet seat doesn't fit on the toilet & slides around everywhere when you're not moving. The water barely comes out of the faucet, making it hard to wash your hands. (For at least a few years, the bathroom door locks didn't even work, but I guess they finally fixed that, at least.) We sat at the one table we could find that wasn't dirty. My husband also noticed some of the floor tiles are coming loose. My husband said his Original sandwich wasn't hot all the way through & his chips were stale. And they gave me the wrong dipping sauce with my calzone. We were weirded out by how dirty the restrooms & restaurant were, making us really concerned about how clean the kitchen & food could be when everything else is so dirty. So due to all of this, we will not be returning.

Ate inside the restaurant. Sandwich was great as was the service. But they need to do a major…read moreupgrade to their flooring. Floor tiles loose and several corners raised all over. A customer trip and fall is in their future. If I go back I'll get pictures.
