I go in, the floor is sticky and tables are a mess. At the counter there are two Dashers waiting. Apparently for awhile at this point. No on is behind the counter. I call back but no one comes. Dashers say they are about to give up. After about 10 min I give up. I ended up at TACO VILLA. They are awsome! GO THERE INSTEAD. I can't cancel my order on the app so I let my bank know via their app (no service rendered claim.) This was a couple days ago. I figured I would let my annoyance subside. This place needs to shutdown so an actual business can use this prime location.

Two wrongs do make a right..We came through the drive-thru oct.28,2017 at 6:45 pm..We got a salad…read moreand 2 whoppers..One was to be with no cheese ketchup or pickles..Because of sodium restricted diet..Before leaving I noticed there was no dressing...I went in and told whom I assume was a manager and he cheerfully apologized and gave me a few dressings and I left..We decided to eat in the parking lot..I removed the bottom bun of my burger to put some mustard dressing to it and noticed it had cheese...Oh no,gotta go back in..When I told him they were right on it and made me a new one and gave us some extras for all the trouble..All was good..I gave them 5 stars because they made me feel at ease through the whole short ordeal..Other fast foods could learn alot from them..I do alot of restuarant surveys and we dine our fair share of them and when one is exceptional I have no problem with posting it online for all to see.A few months ago we had a bad experience with another burger place..This other places head manager tried to make things right but that wasnt the problem..It was with an assistant manager that obviously hated her job..We could tell by her negative attitude and the uneasiness of the employees..Heres what we have learned..If you see a place thats constantly hiring its a sure bet they have someone angry and negative running the show..Thus,nobody stays...This includes the customers as well..Its good to know that Burger King is positive with its customers and makes it right when that occassional mistake occurs..We gp there because they are quicker in service,,better in taste but most of all...they care about their customers.Thanks.

The restaurant itself also looked messy, with tables that hadn't been cleaned. I usually expect quick and decent service here, but this visit definitely didn't meet that standard. Hubby calked me upon arrival because they couldn't find the order info. A pickup name as well as my credit card name were all provided. One nacho was ordered lite bean, extra meat and cheese. The toppings were all dumped thick in one spot making these nachos absolutely inedible. One bite was attempted and spit right out. I work in a professional kitchen. I understand mistakes can happen. However, a pos system should make things crystal clear. And, placing an order on line should be a double check that what you ordered would be correct. Folks always seem surprised we rarely eat out. This is why. After working my shift, holiday shifts and covering maternity leaves I am exhausted and just wanted a day off to rest and relax before going back at it again tomorrow. The kids wanted Taco Bell. I'm exhausted so that was fine with me. And.....this was my reward for days and days and days of work with no break. Overcharged, mixed up, partial inedible food. I contacted corporate. I'm sure I'll hear from them in a week or so and be offered credit even though I was charged for food we did not order or want. They'll keep the overcharged fee and force us to go thru this madness again. I knew better. This isn't healthy food my family deserves anyway. A day of rest sounded better then using common sense. And here we are....with enough soft burritos and tacos to feed our village, inedible food thrown away, a bag of sauces no one wanted and $40 too much taken from my bank account.
