Literally NO ONE was at the drive through so we should be served quickly right? Nope. Took about 5-10 minutes for them to talk to us on the intercom thingy and then preceded to get ALL of our drinks wrong and we had to repeat it... idk... maybe 8 times? Keep in mind we only ordered 1 meal, 5 drinks. Somehow there was a peace tea added on to it even though that tea was never mentioned? As we pulled up to the window, again took forever for them to reach us. Then preceded to hand us all the wrong drinks that were half empty no joke. I have never in almost 40 years have had a bad Wendy's experience lol it's my favorite... until this bellefontaine Wendy's on main! not busy.. took forever.. rude.. I firstly noticed no hair nets greasy hair and the girl in kitchen standing in sight was touching peoples orders NO gloves.. I waited at the window forever before I was moved to mobile order to wait.. where I waited another 15 mins!! For cold food and order was absolutely wrong.. even bun was stale. No napkins and missing items.. Same girl touching food no gloves brought it out while vaping.. just nasty and dirty. Blonde Girl heads up. also, this was evening shift employees. Too worried about friends in the inside.. window guy was stressed and rolling his eyes. Couldn't blame him. As far as fast food burgers go, I've always been a fan of Wendy's. But this location has been spiraling for years. Orders are rarely correct. The drive thru line is always excessively slow. Staff (99%) are unprofessional at best. Today they were completely out of Coke and our straws were legitimately the unwrapped bendy straws bought in bulk at a grocery. I keep hoping someone turns this place around, but I'm disappointed each and every time we return. Owners clearly do not have the capability to address concerns. Came here looking for a nice meal after a long day, I got the opposite. They had no lettuce cheese or tomato and they did not put bacon on our JUNIOR BACONs then they proceed to tell us after we ordered and payed. 2 star service. At least the guy at the register was cool but apart from that management needs to go back to school and learn how to manage a restaurant. Wendy's is part of the backbone of this country and the owner and manager are failing our country. I can't explain how much I hate Wendy's after this experience. The nuggets were good though. Every single time my husband and I eat here our order is wrong. Every time! They forget bacon on the bacon cheeseburger on a regular basis. The fries are not cooked, they're white and cold. You ask for a double and get a single. The place is dirty. Their system is down repeatedly and they've even run out of meat. This happened over the summer and we waited in line for at least 20 minutes before even finding it out. If the order is accidentally made correctly, it tastes awful. We're from Dublin and are used to getting hot, fresh and appetizing food from Wendy's. This, this is something different entirely. Bellefontaine needs a serious burger establishment, if only to give this particular Wendy's a reason to step up their game. read more

i ordered chili and thought i was getting chili like they had years ago . what they gave me was not the chili they had years ago . and what they gave me was not chili by a long shot . it was mostly two kinds of beans , hardly no meat and did not even taste a bit like any chili i ever ate . i had to dump it down the sink . even thier hamburgers are dry !! i miss the wendys when dave was still alive !! now that he is gone the place has gone to the dumps !! go back to your roots !!! read more

Vising family and was going thru the drive thru with my grandson and daughter and it took as least 12-15 to get to menu board and there was no one left in front of us. They said hi welcome to Wendys please read the menu and I will be right back. Never have I experienced anything like it. Wendys note for the fastest drive thru has a massive fail at this one. I eat at this Wendy's once a month or so. I usually go through the drive thru and get a junior cheeseburger or two. There's usually a few cars ahead of me, but my order is always hot and fresh. Today (Sunday) I went in with a friend and ordered a Power Mediterranean Salad. Two other couples in line with us and 3-4 cars at drive thru. He ordered baked potato, chili, and a frosty. Our order was ready before we could walk away from the counter. Best salad I've ever gotten at a fast food place. read more

My husband and I went here last week and I'm upset with how our lunch went. We went before the big lunch rush. They had plenty staff working. I ordered the asiago chicken sandwich with no tomato. The guy rang up the order right ( I checked the receipt) but when I got it, it had tomato. I mean seriously how hard is it to read how things are to be made? So I mean no big deal just went back up to get it fixed then the guy hands me a new bun WITHOUT gloves on. And he was the guy just handling cash. So obviously I ask him to have someone give me a new bun with gloves on or hand it to me wrapped up. So he goes and wraps up a bun for me. Oh I should add if you don't know the sandwich well it has ranch on the top bun so I took up the top bun with ranch and the tomato. Then the guy hands me back a bun with MAYO on it. The sandwich doesn't contain mayo... so last time I went up over all I went up 4 times. (I'm probably leaving out some of my experience.) So then I ask for a plain bun.. since that can't be messed up. And just added a ranch packet to it myself. They finally got it right by that point. But by that point the rest of my food (the fries) was cold. Won't be going back at least for awhile. :( read more

This is by far the worst Wendy's I have ever visited. My husband and I ordered two combo meals, one Son of Baconator, no ketchup and one Asiago Chicken Club, no tomato, both with the Baconator Fries upcharge (An extra $.75, which is fine if made correctly). Nothing we received was made correctly. The fries each had less than one piece of bacon shredded on them and a pinch of shredded cheese (not the melted, nacho style cheese). The burger had 2 patties barely bigger than half dollars and only one piece of bacon torn in half on it. The chicken sandwich was the kicker, not only was there no tomato, there was also no cheese, no bacon, no ranch sauce, and only a half dollar size piece of lettuce! They were busy, so I chalked it up to them working too quickly, but when I went inside to get my order corrected the "manager" on duty (I use that term loosely), argued that the baconator was made correctly, and that they put shredded cheese on our fries because they were out of "Squirty Cheese" (his words, not mine), yet we were not informed of this at the time we ordered. He had no explaination for the chicken sandwich, and just stared at it wide eyed as though he was thinking of a way to defend it. He only remade the chicken sandwich and I asked for plain fries and a refund of our fry upcharge, which he did give back. Now this is where the story gets interesting, my husband was thoroughly upset about his pathetic Son of Baconator and knowing we would get no resolution at the store level, he chose to call Wendy's Corporate. They were very nice and referred our concerns to the store upper management. The next day my husband got a call from Michelle, apologizing for our experience and inviting us back so that she could personally prepare our meal over again. We live 45 minutes from this location and only went there orginally because we were passing through, but we decided to give them the chance to redeem themselves, so we accepted her offer. She told us she would be working Saturday 5p-close, and to ask for her when we came in. My husband called the location at approx 6pm Saturday to confirm she was there before we drove all the way there. We were told she was there, but unavailable (specifically told she was in the bathroom). We decided to chance it, and drive all the way there. We arrived close to 7pm, and when we went in we were told she wasn't there (that's right, no Michelle) but that she would be in a little after 7pm. I noticed the same "manager" from last time was there, and I was not going to have him remake the food for us, so we decided to wait in our car for Michelle to arrive. Which never happened. We gave up after about 20- 30 minutes and left to eat dinner elsewhere. Once we got back home, I called the location again, just to see what they would say if I asked for Michelle, guess what?! She was "In the bathroom"... this place is a joke, don't go there if you value your time and money. Bellefontaine has many other places to grab a quick bite that are much, much better. read more
