It was 41° outside and there was no heat inside, and the bathroom was out of order. But you know what? The food came out hot, fast, and with a smile. The wife said her burger was good--nothing special, but solid. My Chicago dog, on the other hand, was delicious. Sure, it's just a hot dog, but it hit the spot. The fries were perfectly cooked--crispy on the outside, soft inside, and served piping hot. There's nothing fancy or "above and beyond" here, but if you're after perfectly cooked comfort food served with genuine friendliness at a bargain price, Little Taste of Chicago is your place. My only regret? Not ordering two Chicago dogs.

If you have an hour to kill in the beautiful town of Batesville, MS then this is your place…read more Rolled up on a Saturday afternoon. There were about 5 cars in line ahead of us. It took close to an hour to get food. We waited. Weren't even mad about it. At a point you just decide to wait it out once you're vested. Ya know, You just become ok. The sweet lady at the DT window takes one order at a time, rotates and yells it at the kitchen, takes your money, then waits until your food is ready and gives it to you. Then she waits on the next inside person inside repeating the same process. Back and forth from the counter to the DT. Pretty inefficient method that explains the long wait. There can't be much more economical than this. A half rack of ribs and two sides for $14. What the actual fuck? That is insane for March of 2024! A sandwich, side, and a drink for $7?!?!? Anyway. The bbq "meat" itself was pretty good. I had higher hopes for some good all around BBQ but the sauce just glopped it all up man. I didn't like it all and neither did the bride. Ribs were well cooked. Like I said the sauce was bad, and they were covered in it. It has gel like thing about it. It's sweet and like jelly.... Hard to explain. Beans were fair. White bread. Sandwich was impossible to eat as a sandwich. It just mushed under the weight of the copious amounts of jelly sauce and slaw. She just kind of got it in there with the foil it was in If I came back I would ask for no sauce or at least get it on the side. '24 - 25/100

We placed an order for a to go pizza before we went to see a play next door, and it was ready at the perfect time! For seating, we were able to find a table but were a little bit cramped. I would recommend calling and getting a reservation for a larger party if possible! They used to have an upstairs for seating, but when we came in they didn't seem to offer it to us! I'm not sure if that's something they stopped during Covid and maybe never opened back up? Our favorite is the Magnolia Rosa, which has salad on the top! It does have pecans on it, so if someone has an allergy in your party be sure to be mindful of that! The dough has the perfect texture and not too dense. We really enjoyed our pizza and one large fed three of us perfectly! We will definitely be back!

On top of the mischarge they cancelled my entire order and never cared to inform me. My husband went to the store anyways to see what was going on because for some reason the phone number doesn't work for them, I literally called 12 times and no one answered. He went in and they were mad about the rewards I was using and decided they didn't want to make the order. I do not recommend going here unless your going in person because I am not even able to get a refund and they sure won't honor coupons or rewards at this location, they never have. All you can do is chat with a bot and wait for them to send you an email. I have yet to receive anything. Horrible location with cheap and rude owners. What's the point of having rewards points if you can't even use them? They literally stole from me, refused to give a refund and then told me to order online again and they would honor the coupon. I never have anything bad to say normally but this is ridiculous. They tried to hand my husband a phone while he was there to speak to a manager but still told him they were not making the order. I will be calling corporate. 47 dollars is too much for sandwiches anyways especially if they won't make them or give the money back. I can't even dispute it on my card. I now have a case open with corporate. This location genuinely needs to be checked out. The man working had the audacity to ask my husband why we would want to report the store. For the obvious reasons! We did not receive food or our money and then you tell us to re place the order and give you another 47 or more dollars? You have to be kidding me. If our money isn't refunded I will also be filing a police report. It is wrong for my order to show that I pay 40.97 but then I'm charged 47. Also, how is there a job where you can just decide to cancel someone's order because they chose to use rewards available to them? How can you do that and then not even call and inform the customer or answer your stores phone but still CHARGE them for it and charge them incorrectly and THEN proceed to refuse a refund or food unless we pay for it again? And now I'm checking my app and it's saying my price was meant to be 45.95. So that's 3 different prices. I was meant to pay. 40.95, I was charged 47 and the app now says it was 45.95 and I haven't gotten ANYTHING out of it. The money Is removed from my account.
