But that kind of stuff happens sometimes, regardless of the restaurant. It certainly doesn't cause me to have a bad experience. If you've never been to a Bojangles, go! You won't be disappointed.

Hubs had a medical appointment and did not have the CFA app., so I placed my free chicken biscuit order on the app and added a small hash rounds. The total cost was $1.80 and I opted for drive through pick up and provided the make, model, and color of my car for the app. Once I got to Chick-fil-A, the drive through line was endless. This is a great problem for CFA to have and it really wasn't a problem it is just so easy to pop inside and check the pickup area for your order. When I change from drive through pick up to pickup area pick up the app notified me it would be 3-7 minutes. It was maybe three minutes tops because I walked in and boom, order was ready! Everything was cooked correctly, tasted well, the interior of the store was beyond clean and organized and everyone seemed happy! Thanks, Chick-fil-A!

I understand that things happen that are beyond the owners control but they could have at least given us a discount or maybe a free appetizer while acknowledging the delay. We found out later that they were short handed. But wish they would have told us this upfront so we would at least know what we were in for.
