The food is good but they frequently make mistakes with orders, especially if you request any change to your sandwich versus ordering it as-is. Make sure to check your to-go order before leaving. On our way to Space Museum we decided to try eating in. Caleb took our order: polite and efficient. Place wasn't too crowded, and was clean. Didn't wait long for our order. Potato cakes were hot and fresh, as was husband's sandwich. My chicken salad sandwich was on fresh bread, cool,and good. It had a little too much mayonnaise, making it messy to eat. I went into this NASTY store and omg. WORST service of my life some lady ig who is the gm goes by "jen" well she had her hands in her mouth and continued to touch the food.she then continued to stick her hand into the fry station to eat. My family and I have been here a few times. This is a general review of theplace vice over a specific one. The food is decent, and like the previous review, its just the same as the other Arbys. And that is the only thing that kept me from giving this place a 1 star: the food is consistently good. My problem with this location is the service. Its terrible. They are super slow. I often have to wait 5-10 minutes everytime I order inside for my order. The drive in is worse. Except for one time, the lines are horrendouslly long as they are so SLOW! Which is why I brave the inside wait at the counter. The workers on average, are young (like high school young) and dont have the grasp on fast food. The value menu is good, which I can get 3 junior bacon burgers if I feel cheap. But, I dread everytime I come to this place as I know I will be waiting forever. I'm extremely disappointed in this store. We just moved here a few days ago and my wife loves the reubens here. We went by today for lunch and the soda machine was down. I asked how that would change the price and she said it doesn't. You only got the sandwich and fries, no drink, and pay full price. Not only is this ridiculous, but she had an attitude with it. There is no offer of a drink voucher, a discount, or anything. Just pay full price, get less, and suck it up. This is very pitiful for a service company like this. They also seem to be very slow. There was someone in line ahead of us waiting at the window. We waited about 4 minutes to place our order (which we canceled after the full price comment) and then went to Wendy's. They served raw meat to us. First, they say they don't have roast beef, next thing they say they do. We over heard their conversation, they said " Let's just scrape the left overs off the pan". So we just threw our food away. And what's worse, the employees did not wash their hands. read more

So I dislike coming to this restaurant for one big reason. The customer service always sucks. However I work for a group service program that takes individuals with intellectual disabilities into the community and often Arby's comes up as a choice they make. The manager in particular, you will know her when you hear her, is very rude and unprofessional. She's been there for awhile and is always yelling at employees, acts very annoyed everytime you try to interact with her and ask questions, and won't own up to her mistakes. My final tipping point was our last visit with our individuals. One of my staff asked them for a fork for one of our individuals who had to use a fork, and she rolled her eyes and acted like it was a problem. Then came my situation. I saw 2 people before me order salads, I saw her with a head of lettuce in her hand in the back right after. I went up to place my order and asked for a salad with chicken and was refused. The guy said we are not serving anymore salads cause we are too busy and our prep guy didn't come in. Again she had a head of lettuce in her hand. Whatever though, I'm working with individuals so I didn't want to argue. I asked for Buffalo chicken strips, which took awhile to get. Mind you I got them and they were fresh and hot, so hot I couldn't touch them at first and they were covered with too much sauce. So I went and asked for a fork and manager got snappy and said "What didn't I already put a fork in their? I never forget forks, I always put them in." Rolling her eyes she got me a fork. I also asked for ranch and she said it's already in the bag. I actually wanted a second one cause I knew one wasn't going to be enough but again I didn't want to be confrontational like her. Another complaint is how impatient she is. My individuals take time to do stuff, meanwhile she's screaming out their orders, and not giving any of them a chance to get up to counter before she keeps screaming out the number and getting impatient. The staff that was working the day my son and I went in we're very nice. The food was good. I had a French Dip which I had not eaten in years. It was very good! The only complaint I had was the manager on duty. She was a little argumentative with some customers ahead of me. Th man said he is a regular there and had asked for no cheese. She said she would make him another one but that he needed to make sure the person taking his order understands this so they don't have to do this in the future! She was then very rude to a young man that was obviously a new employee. She then began "joking" with the other employees in a sarcastic way. This turned in to them all getting loud and a little unprofessional. I went to ask for some Arby's sauce and told her that the container in the lobby was out. This is the 2nd time I've had the Arbys drive thru person tell me that the coupon in my hands is not good for what it clearly states that it is....or should be good for. I'm not trying to con Arbys; just honor the coupon! I went through Arby's Drive through this afternoon and I had to turn off my F150 "6" cylinder truck, hardly a noise maker, before the attendant could hear me. They normally ask what sauces I want, I had to remind them. About half way home I took a sip of my soft drink and almost spit it out. It tasted almost like Pepsodent or Pepto-Bismol. I thought to myself I should stop buying soft drinks from fast food drive through's. I was a little upset, so I call the store to complain, I told the girl that answered that the Diet Dr. Pepper tasted like toothpaste and her response took me by surprise. Absolutely worthless. I stopped by one day and they had no beef whatsoever. Figured it was a one off thing. Came back they next day because I was still craving it and I sat in the drive through for 15 and no one moved. Then I walked inside and it took 15 minutes for them to even take my order, and there was only 1 person in front of me. The employees were moving slow and complaining openly about the work. Went in the other day and thought I'd try the Gyros. That didn't happen, because they were out of Pita Bread! They were also out of ice and ketchup in the lobby, and the shake machine was down.
