No empathy for patients. Mistakes with medication has caused withdrawal from antidepressants. I was getting half the amount prescribed. Late bringing pain meds which allows pain to return to the point where it is harder to get control of it. Would love to talk to someone with authority who could provide solutions instead of excuses. read more

Check the internet to see their abuse citations. They are out there. Do not place your loved ones here. From the number of times we were lied to at this facility, I must believe that it is not only condoned by management but encouraged. The staff will not communicate with you via phone. My family member's oxygen became unhooked and we had to call several times to get someone into the room to get it hooked back up. Then they lied to us and said that her oxygen was fine and she needed something else. Additionally, there is poor building design where some room call lights are recessed into the doorway and the nurses can only see them if they happen to be on that end of the hall. read more

My partner and I are EMTs and wanted to share our experience picking up a patient. The staff was exceptional, helpful, kind, and genuinely care about their residents. We did not encounter a single staff member who was flippant, rude, or dismissive toward us as we often experience in several medical facilities daily. We would like to give a special shout out to Ariel, a wonderful social worker for Arbors. She, as well as other phenomenal nurses and STNAs, took the time to carefully explain to us everything we needed to know about our patient so that we were equipped to care for them the best way possible to help ease what can potentially be an overwhelming and scary ride in an ambulance. Thank you all for being outstanding and genuinely caring about your residents! read more

A woman is admitted next to her with mild injuries fron a car accident. Back to the 1:15 a.m. mom calls me hysterical and sobbing Chris they are ordering me into a wheel chair and moving me to another room because my bypap is keeping the other patient awake. MOM WAS THERE FIRST. Mom refuses to get out of bed and I can hear Megan Chrge nurse on 3rd floor south telling her that they need her in the wheel chair. I yell onto my phone that she is not to move out of that bed. So mom was moved to another room. She was by the window so instead of moving the woman who was by the door they moved mom who was by the window. INCOMPETENCE IS NOT A STRONG ENOUGH WORD! Megan the 3 South nurse and Sarah the supervisor was condescending to me ,"sorry you feel that way" we did what was best for all the patients etc . I do not recommend this hospital from this day forward.

Could be a good , but under leadership of current upper management, heads in beds is all they are after. Not currently a good place. COVID money went in upper managements pockets, not for affected front line workers/employees or residents. Look at state surveys, that tells you alone how the place is being ran, number one in state of Ohio for state Survey complaints. Facts! read more
