I called Harmony Ridge for my son. I was put at ease when I told them I was calling for my son. They immediately asked to speak to him. He explained he was on drugs and needed help. They got him into the Hunington facility. He was able to call me after the time allotted after his detox. This was a lifesaver for my son and I highly recommend Harmony Ridge. read more

Harmony Ridge is the treatment center I needed from the beginning. The staff were so compassionate and caring. I started my journey in detox, wanting so badly to leave like most do, but by the end of my treatment I cried because I wasn't ready to leave. They acted like they wanted to help us and kept leading us on making us believe they had our best interest at heart only to turn their backs on us. This place invited me to come into treatment promising me help to get through my grief issues after I lost my father my mother and my grandmother all in one year. My mother committed suicide and I am the one who found her so I Started abusing Xanax and I needed help. As soon as I got there I found out I had Covid and instead of helping me or taking me back home they treated it like I had broken a Rule and they dropped me off at the nearest hospital and left me there. The guy said here's all your stuff I got to go get something out of the truck and I'll be right back I'm gonna be with you the whole way. Well he went out to his truck and never came back and the agency would not answer my calls and would not help my family locate me. When I asked for a ride home I was told it wasn't his fn job to give me a ride home. So I was stranded seven hours outside of my house with three huge trash bags full of luggage in the ghetto hospital which was overrun with Covid and I did not get treated the entire time I was there. I laid in agony and cold sweats and withdrawal with nothing not even a Tylenol and I had Covid. They went through my things and by the time I got my wallet out I was missing $200 so whoever got that needed it more than I did so go at your own risk.!!!! read more

I am a Harmony Ridge alumni from 2020 , I came to that place broken, lost, and homeless. I had no where to go. Thank you to the hard working staff that gave me a chance to live again and now I have 16 months sober and I'm truly grateful that the same place that gave me a chance to live has now gave me a place of employment and I couldn't be more happier to come back to work where I once was a client. Absolutely the worst I've ever been to. Took my phone and wallet. Left me by myself at a hospital for 3 hours. Strip seared me. Left me standing in the cold for 25 minutes. I checked the time. The nurses. Ok the regular ones are good. Caring. But the nurse practitioners. I swear, if I was able.... you know. All of them. I have no desire to even go back if it was free. No bueno. Get that shit together. And stop cussing so much. I get it's trying to connect. But it's also sending people out with that vocabulary. Try to build them. Not perpetually bring about that language. read more
