I have yet to have to return in 2 days due to missing eyelashes. This was my last visit on 09-19-25 threading, henna brows and full set of lashes 125.00 I had a weekend off of work and just doing normal daily things. I use extreme caution with my face knowing the henna wont last long in general, but even a blink seems tricky for the lashes to with stand...so again, I have to have make time to return because my lashes were 1/4 missing, 2 days later... as well as pay the fee for touch up $15. A touch up? As I type this, it is wednesday the 24th and I have 1 eye that has lashes and the other is completely gone! so even with the touch up? I'd go have her look at it to fix them but I'm not paying for the 3rd time in under a week !! Gigantic let down. My fault for giving this place 3 chances.

I was not at all familiar with cosmetic services other than the occasional eyebrow wax, and was incredibly impressed with Taylor's professionalism, knowledge of her craft, and kindness/friendliness during the service. The studio is clean, cute, and very bright and cheerful! I was very happy with this service. Though it was a bit expensive for me on a recent college grad budget, (especially if it were not 'special' pricing), I would definitely recommend this studio and Taylor, and will likely return to treat myself! After 1 week, my lashes are still just as dark and curled as the first day!
