It's a cute little salon tucked away on the back side of a strip of business suites; conveniently right off Stadium Blvd with lots of parking. Stephanie was excellent - we sat and talked about my hair, good experiences and bad, how I like to wear it both professionally and out of the office, how to fight frizziness, etc. She gave me a great haircut, explained the products she was using and what to watch out for (i.e., don't put things in that will weigh down fine hair). I'ts been two weeks now, and i'm loving my haircut... will definitely be back in a few months for a summer refresh!

Due to complications with that surgery, she was out longer than anticipated. I had booked an appointment 6 wks out with Tanja that was switched to Rachel. Rachel was fun to talk to, but I think she did more talking than paying attention to what she was cutting. I finally said to her, "This is REALLY short." She told me, "Well, I can't put it back!" Laughed it off AND KEPT CUTTING! I paid & tipped her, fool that I am, BUT I will NEVER go back to Rachel - 1 STAR. First thing my husband said, "Woah, she SCALPED you!" I cried. I wouldn't leave the house for 3 weeks. I rescheduled the appt I had made for Tonja to cut it in 6 wks, because it wasn't long enough to get cut. I booked another 4 weeks out. I wasn't able to do ANYTHING with it for the 10 weeks I had the Rachel cut. Today, I went in for my appt with Tanja. She's BAAACK! Just part-time, her foot is still giving her problems, but she's on her feet! I told Tanja what happened with the Rachel Cut. The owner came to speak with me, very concerned about my Rachel cut. I did not tell her, or call her about it. She would have preferred that I did. She CARES. 5 STARS So, LOVE Luna Salon! Just be careful with who you book for your services.

I've had this procedure many times before ..I know it can be done on my hair and it takes 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Evidently they don't need the business that badly very poor customer service.
