They are genuinely caring and always host a monthly get together of sorts from Wine Canvas to Casino night. Sedona Ranch is by far the best complex in Odessa.

The laundry room have NO a/c, so when you're washing clothes, you're hot! There's NO ceiling fan/light in the bedrooms. The office suggest for you to buy a "LAMP". Strict rules in lease, be sure you read full lease before signing. RENT is affordable but still high!

And had the mail "in a secure location". Complex stays dark because the outside lights need changed constantly and go days without being taken care of. Our apt flooded Early Sept. Carpet was ruined and some of the wall. We couldn't stay here for 2-3 weeks and they didn't even attempt to put us in a motel or even a vacant apt. Even though I have an email where they stated they had one. Carpet was eventually replaced and wall Partially repaired. They never came and finished it. People are allowed to have thier pets relieve themselves on their porch and it drips down to bottom apt. The back part of the complex is littered with trash and dog feces. The office staff is rude and complaining to the regional mgr doesn't do any good. Breezeway lights are always out so the complex is dark. Dog park is never cleaned. If you're one of the unfortunate ones to have an apt close to it I suggest you don't leave your back door open. Pool is always closed. You are charged once a year for grounds keeping that doesn't get done. We decided not to renew our lease and get out of there. They can't keep office staff or maintenance it's always changing. When the pool is open there is always people partying there with loud music and drinking. You're charged for valet trash but they don't pick up more than half the time. Your rent goes up if you choose to renew your lease yet new renters get a cheaper rate. Biggest regret is moving here in the 1st place. Read the previous reviews and make your own choice but I would recommend a different place. You can get a much nicer place somewhere else.

Fucking ridiculous, pest control doesn't help, there are rats/mice in the apartment.
