The toilets take so long to fill up the tank with water that you have to use a cup to get water from the tub faucet in order to finish your business. also the air conditioner, aside from freezing over regularly and them doing nothing to fix the actual issue, doesn't properly cool the entire apartment. so if your in a two bedroom unit the room furthest away from the ac unit ur gonna be warm at night. so for $2200 a month it was absolutely not worth the money

They come to do extermination.... However it's 30 sec.... And I'm finding roaches! I have reported all of this and NOTHING ! has been done in over 2 months! Luxury my ass!

There was a period of time where night car break ins was regular and our downstairs neighbor threatened us (multiple times and police were called) and was extremely confrontational the whole time we lived here. Don't risk it. We lived here 3 years and it was a headache…read morethe whole time. Water was always off for whatever reason, we were with Out water for almost 2 months simply because a valve wasn't turned back on after a repair. requests for pest control went unanswered. Even thou you are charged for it.Partical board cabinets leave a dusty mess. You constantly have to sweep up. My Dishwasher broke and it took 3 mos to get a new one. We had only 1 working restroom at one point because the toilet was broken and never ordered. Didn't have access to our mail for a few weeks because they replaced the mailboxes. And had the mail "in a secure location". Complex stays dark because the outside lights need changed constantly and go days without being taken care of. Our apt flooded Early Sept. Carpet was ruined and some of the wall. We couldn't stay here for 2-3 weeks and they didn't even attempt to put us in a motel or even a vacant apt. Even though I have an email where they stated they had one. Carpet was eventually replaced and wall Partially repaired. They never came and finished it. People are allowed to have thier pets relieve themselves on their porch and it drips down to bottom apt. The back part of the complex is littered with trash and dog feces. The office staff is rude and complaining to the regional mgr doesn't do any good. Breezeway lights are always out so the complex is dark. Dog park is never cleaned. If you're one of the unfortunate ones to have an apt close to it I suggest you don't leave your back door open. Pool is always closed. You are charged once a year for grounds keeping that doesn't get done. We decided not to renew our lease and get out of there. They can't keep office staff or maintenance it's always changing. When the pool is open there is always people partying there with loud music and drinking. You're charged for valet trash but they don't pick up more than half the time. Your rent goes up if you choose to renew your lease yet new renters get a cheaper rate. Biggest regret is moving here in the 1st place. Read the previous reviews and make your own choice but I would recommend a different place. You can get a much nicer place somewhere else.

It's the way Samantha takes pride in the fact that the tenants do not know the towing policy and are therefore subject to their vehicles being towed. And instead of updating the tenants (as I assume a proper property manager would do), she decided to block my attempt to warn my neighbors of the situation. She stated that my comment was negative. I currently live here, going on three weeks right now, and this is the WORST place to live!!! The manager is nice until something isn't going smooth. There are so many things wrong with my townhome that should have been done in the make ready, but all i've heard is excuses. The maintenance has already been here about 4 times since we've lived here because it gets between 78-80 degrees in here!! My daughter is 1.5 and shouldn't be sweating but the manger and regional could care less because they don't have to live in these conditions. They do not update anything, just take your money and say they don't have any to update which is total bullshit. We don't deserve to live in a place where we sweat all day, me being at home majority of everyday!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!! I have stains all over the carpet in here from previous renters and the bathroom sink vanity party is covered in some pink stained nasty stuff. This apartment wasn't even cleaned when we moved in and we have had ROACHES in this nasty place!!!! The managers won't even work with you to get out of a lease just say sorry and still take your money even though you are unhappy but they don't care because it isn't them!!! They told me to skip out of my lease (break it) What kind of management says that!!! This place should be closed down or sold to weidner property management because at least they work with you!!!! Adding onto this: We moved in on a friday at 4PM and didn't have near enough time to turn in our inspection sheet/Walk through paper of the apartment. The lady in the office said turn it in by 5:30 PM which was crazy. We didn't have enough time to see if the freon cooled the apartment a long with other things because we have a 1.5 year old and needed to unload the U-haul. We haven't even lived here 4 weeks and maintenance has been out at least 4 time to fill up freon in our AC but management said there isn't anything wrong with it, there must be because filling it up that much is unheard of. It's just to keep the air blowing in this townhome cool. RIDICULOUS!!! Management would rather make you live here even if you are angry and they will take your money instead of letting you out of your lease and cutting ties,,, it's a trap if you move here.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
