I called these people in march of last year, and they scheduled me for a first week of June appt to have 2 trees taken down. That date came and went they never showed up. A week later they came unannounced and then said they couldn't do it be cause their trucks were sinking into the ground (I just watered) they said they would come back a week later. They never showed up. I called them and called them to get rescheduled. NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE AND NEVER CALLED BACK. I ended up calling from a different phone and they answered (suprise!) They said family member was having medical issues (shit happends I understand, I work in healthcare but I would appriciate a heads up as a customer, and at this point it was 2 months past the first appt date) they gave me another date to come do the work PROMISED ME they would be there. NEVER SHOWED UP NEVER CALLED TO LET ME KNOW WHY THEY WERENT COMING.
Co-worker of mine told me they also called these people and had the same issue a year before me.
If you need the work done in the next 2 years you better be patient because they must have a really really log waiting list. Move on to someone else. Evergreen Lawn and Care showed up a week after I called them and did the job beyond expectations the following week. read more
