I was never notified that this would be the case prior to them mowing.Nor did they do this to me the last few years. When I called to negotiate a fair rate for the mow, the billing representative told me there would be no negotiation. She was dishonest about when they mowed my mothers lawn stating that they had already mow once before for her... but wasnt true. They mowed moms lawn for the 1st time the day after mine and only billed her double for extra long grass but billed me TRIPLE. I will never recommend them or use there service again.
