The team at Langley were transparent and clear about how to best take care of our trees and revive them. It turns out we were overwatering the maples and it overwhelmed the tree systems. They were clear and transparent and didn't try to sell us anything for the sake of selling anything. I really appreciate them using their knowledge and transparency. Although this means we'll ultimately have to have a significant amount of the tree pruned, Langley's Tree Specialist went above and beyond to provide me with recommendations, including documentation that I could share with Code Enforcement, to postpone this until January, when the tree would be more able to handle the stress. Such a responsive company! More concerned about the health of the tree than getting the job out o the way and paid for (which I was 100% willing to do to avoid fines, etc.). These people misdiagnosed or lied about the condition of the trees and the price was extremely expensive. I was sleepless for three months after and am still hurt. Afterwards, the woman said that they could have saved them if the customer wanted, but, oddly, she never said that to me during the process. Do not trust this firm to be forthcoming. They charged full price, even though I told them I had a coupon for half price.
