I've lived here for a year and generally have been happy. They've always been available if I've needed something fixed right away. Management is nice and easy to deal with. The maintenance people are always nice. Neighbors are ok. The apartment itself is nice and roomy with extra space for storage, which I love. The main issue recently has been parking. Oh my God it's been a constant issue. I can never get in to my garage. I have a big car so already it's hard parking it in the small garage, then I have to deal with cars parked in front of their garage and all over the red zones preventing me to be able to get in or out. There have been days when I'm late to work because I haven't been able back out because there are cars parked where they shouldn't be. People use their garage for things other than parking there car is what most of the issue is. I have seen empty garages open with cars parked out front instead of inside. Management says they are sending letter but they need to just tow instead. That's the only way people will possibly stop doing it. There is enough parking, they're just lazy. read more

I lived here for 7yrs and have always had respect for Management. Not much have changed over the years with some personnel moving on as to be expected. The maintenance section has one really special person that's been the mainstay, goes by the name DC, I found out today that he will be leaving. I'm sure he and the family will be fine but it will sure leave a hole in the hearts of those whom had the pleasure of meeting him and most of all appreciate the job task he completed. Oh Arbor Ridge! What can I say about this apartment complex that won't get me in trouble lol! I first moved out here from Florida in 2002 wuth my father. In 2005, Arbor Ridge was completely brand new and my father was on of the first to move in to a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom! I love the way the layout is of the apartment's. The back building overlooks to the farm land and the peacocks that make there morning wake up call at 7A.M. ;). The staff in the front are usually very nice to me and my father and greet us by name. My father is a very outgoing person so making friends with his neighbors is not a problem. The apartments are animal friendly, which means half the residents have dogs haha. My family dog just like most of the other residents are very well behaved and rarely bark at people. I like that the apartments have a suana, hot tub, steam room, pool, gym and community room (to hold birthday parties). I have to say one thing I don't like is the parking in the B*tch! It has become very crowded in the complex and people have been getting comfortable to park wherever they feel like it, na uh honey! If I gotta go around your car, it needs to be moved boo!! Arbor Ridge tries to put some boundaries and states to residents that they can be towed, which I have seen happen once Hut it should happen more often if you ask me! Overall, very good apartment just be aware that it's expensive as F*ck for these apartments! read more

I think this place is beyond awesome. I've been here for four years and couldn't be happier. The staff has been stellar, they go out of their way to accommodate. Year round activities for the gated community. My kid loves it here.from the pool, the weight room, basketball courts he has plenty of healthy/safe activities. Finally the club house, which is perfect for meetings,bday parties, get togethers. The front office is always welcoming, fresh coffee and clean linen scented room office makes it hard to leave. I have lived in Arbor Ridge for over 5 years. During this time I can easily say I have had no problems. The office staff and maintenance staff are consistently friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond to any issues that I have. The apartment manager, Cher, always greets you with a smile and is always so reassuring in letting you know that the tenants needs really do matter. The grounds are beautiful and the facilities are always nice and clean. I love having a garage! It's a great place to call home! read more

Just moved in a few months ago and I'm very happy so far. Some pros: -New, well-maintained complex -Friendly and helpful staff -Nice amenities (fireplace, washer/dryer) -Close to freeway and shopping/restaurants -You get your own enclosed garage -Plenty of parking for guests -No pet rent! Our car was stolen from inside the property after living here just one month. There are no cameras here EXCEPT for inside the leasing office. You're safety is the least of their concern here as well as the safety of your personal property. This complex is not secure at all. The staff didn't even call to check on us after our car was stolen even though we reached out to them immediately after it happened. They couldn't have cared less. First of all let me start out with this, they discriminate against half of their tenants. The reviews of this apartment seemed like it would be a nice place to live. But as soon as we moved in, the story changed. We were warned immediately by 2 other residents of the actions of Cher, the office manager. We learned of how she does not address the concerns of other residents. How she will lie and alter stories and relate that to her supervisor. How after you move in, she will do anything to get you out. After about 3 months of living in the complex, we were warned by 3 other tenants of the same thing! Granted we did violate two rules and immediately corrected those. We had come to learn that she altered our warnings and accused us of MULTIPLE other violations. THAT WE WERE NOT INFORMED OF!!! We were being blamed for other tenants actions! We had never once reported other tenants violations to the office, we simply talked to the tenants ourselves or decided it was none of our concern. This place is run down, no chairs/tables by the pool, the park for toddlers is shut down because they haven't gotten a bid on fixing the cracked slide, the lawns are dying, the exterior paint needs to be replaced and a good pressure washing done. There are chunks of stucco missing from several areas on the exterior, the carpet in my apartment I just moved in is obviously original and has zero padding. The vinyl floors are disgusting and need to be replaced. They took no care in changing over tenants, especially knowing I put my deposit down 8 weeks prior to moving in. The front bathroom shower/tub combo pops so loud when taking a shower it's embarrassing. I am EXTREMELY disappointed living here only 3 weeks. I paid less in my mortgage and got way more for my money than living here. WinnResidential should be extremely embarrassed to know that their properties look like crap!!! read more

Arbor Ridge is probably one of the best apartment you will find in the East Bay. Personally, I was having such a difficult time finding a good apartment size for my growing family & I along with a rental budget. After comparing prices and sizes/sq. ft. around the area, Arbor Ridge was the only one that was worthy of their rental prices for the size you get. Getting in there was actually easier than I expected--the paperwork went smoothly. The property is definitely well kept with a large, nice, green lawn right along the pool area. I love the patio size & the attached garage!! This made grocery unloading so helpful . Another reason why I love the garage is because parking could be a challenge to find once it gets dark out. Other highlights I appreciate about these apartments are that they accept dogs, neighbors are respectful, and the utilities provided--like the in unit laundry set and the preinstalled microwave. Definitely a PLUS. Aside from all this, the staff is wonderful! Such kind and beautiful individuals. They are all so helpful and tend to your work orders in a timely manner. Hi Mr. Bunton I have lived here at arbor Ridge for eight years.I love my apartment may May I say I love my home. Management the wonderful manager Catherine I started with Lockley got swept off her feet. Got a wonderful husband and moved away early in my stay next manager Came in Mrs. Cher after sitting down having a few meetings we seem to have a lot in common. Let's say Cher is a very hard work Manager she works hard to make sure to try to satisfy her residence. I have noticed that that is between several properties not just Arboridge good job Cher. And my maintenance crew wonderful job JC and bright does a very good job at keeping up maintenance in our unit. If you looking for a wonderful place to call home Arbor Ridge is the only complex the number one complex in Antioch Brentwood, Oakley, and our number one for ass size room and spacious we are the only complex than offer 123 and four bedroom luxury units we are so spacious and so beautiful where like homes it is a home I have lived here since they built . And I plan to move nowhere it is a place that you want to call home come and be a part of our residence. read more

To those considering Arbor Ridge, save yourself and avoid this place. It's better to rent a place from an actual person than a corporation/management company like this place. They fail to enforce the rules (noisy neighbors with dogs greater than the 25 pound limit they "enforce") and they'll let anyone rent, I mean ANYONE. For those currently renting, please note that management has revised the lease terms - you can get out of your lease early if you make enough complaints. You'll have to give 30 days notice and you will have to forfeit a months rent but it will save you the headache of living here a minute longer. read more

This place calls itself "luxury apartment living" that is a joke. The only thing worth a star here is the maintenance guys are responsive and excellent. Management is a brain cell above stupid, they're shady and breaks laws and are unresponsive. So is the head office in Fresno. Anyone can live here and I mean anyone. I'm writing this review now that I am finally out of this apartments loop holes. First off I want to say that I lived in these overly priced apartments for TWO years, luxury living is quite the under statement, I wouldn't call laminate counters a luxury. In those two years I had numerous problems with things. Examples: there was a wasp nest out side my front door. It took them almost two weeks to handle the situation and finally get the nests out because I had to complain almost every day. Another issue we had was our patio floor was starting to cave in. When they finally fixed our patio we we're not allowed to go inside for the whole day for two days 8-5. They made no accommodations for me and my children. On top of that i can't even count the ridiculous amount of time that they shut the water off 8-5 because of "pipe" problems. Oh and don't worry any time you go to the office it will most likely be closed because cher will be in a "meeting". But what was really really upsetting was how this corporation has absolutely no structure and zero professionalism. They have a new staff member working that office every 6 months. I was told my wrong move out day by a staff member that no longer works their. So when I went to put in my 30 days I didn't put it in on time so they charged me 3 days into the new month. Even though I had moved out already a month prior. And it gets even better they charged the shit out of me for everything they could find when I left. I ended up paying out a total of 540$. All I can say is this apartment complex is ruthless. The office staff is pathetic, the only good thing they have going is their maintenance staff. Other than that beware. I have lived her for almost a year now and honestly have nothing but good things to say. When choosing an apartment, safety and cleanliness were my top priorities. You are in a very safe spot in Brentwood and it is a gated community. I loved that they also give you an attached garage since I do come home at weird hours of the night and don't like walking outside. Probably one of the nicest (outside and inside) looking apartments in Brentwood. I have the smallest one bedroom offered but my kitchen is SO spacey. So is the bathroom. The staff is absolutely wonderful as well. The girls at the leasing office helped me with EVERYTHING and every question I had when coming here. And the Maintanance guys are amazing!!! Super quick to respond, friendly and will get the job done as soon as possible. Please note that most of the negative reviews about this place are old- they do not let you park in front of garages anymore so it won't be an issue getting out of your garage while living here. The pool and jacuzzi ARE opened. They also have an amazon box which is new, it's right by your mailbox and very accessible. I wouldn't choose any other complex in this area. read more
