They planted 2 trees for me. I paid for the service to treat the trees until the end of year 2025. I called them out twice while paying for the service and told them the tree was dying. Since I didnt keep the service this year (2026) and now the tree is dead they wont cover it. Even though I told them last year (while paying for service) twice that it was dying. I would be happy if they just would remove the little tree. It hasnt grown much. Also last year the service tech told me the tree was planted with root ball in wire basket and wasnt supposed to be. Now that its dead they gave me some lame excuse as to why it could be ok to have been planted in the wire basket. How convenient. Honestly, if it was my business I would have tried to keep the customer happy but instead they dont care. They made their $ on the trees and my paying for 3 years of service treatment and that all they care about. read more

Koree and his crew have planted several trees on my property, and have also provided top rate feeding services for other trees on my property. (Hey. Don't judge. I like trees way better than I do most freakin' PEOPLE.) Koree and his daughter (Jostlin) are knowledgeable, extremely gregarious, and exceptionally hard working. We've discussed everything from Chinese pistaches to sassafras seedlings, and from Caddo maples to Thuja plicata arborvitaes. (In other words, the breadth of Koree's knowledge is truly amazing.) If I could get a return phone call or email, perhaps I could rate them higher. I called on 30 Oct 30 to at least get on a list to try and save my Dad's Memorial Tree planted in 2003. I was promised a call back on Oct 31 or Nov 1. Nothing. On Nov 9 I tried again, was told a email would be sent with information. Today in Nov 11, nothing. We had a dual issue of trees that needed sprayed for insects and other trees that needed removed. The trees to be removed were near buildings and/or power lines. Not an easy job. Arbor Image removed the five trees in about four hours including chipping the branches, hauling away the logs, moving items out and back as needed, and racking up the remaining twigs. Both the guys cutting the trees and the man spraying were pleasant and really focused on doing a good job. Over all great experience. We will use them again. read more

I hired Arbor Image to cut down two trees in my yard, grind the stumps, and clean up tons of dead limbs from my blackjack oaks. The crew did a great job. One of the dead trees had large limbs that were over the neighbor's house making removal really tough. These folks took down these limbs, a small piece at a time, with no casualties. After they had finished with the pruning and stump grinding, they raked the yard clean and took all debris with them. My yard looked like a golf course when they were done! Also, the price was more than fair for a full days work. The crew were friendly and positive to deal with.
