Nice quiet place. Secured building. 2 elevators (usually 1 being worked on however). Office staff are good people & maintenance staff are prompt , polite and know what they are doing. Non-smoking building. Each unit has private balconies with ample space for a grill (gas only). Residents are all nice enough and of a live and let live type I find. Pet friendly and we have some of the cutest little fur babies you will ever meet be it dog , cat or even a cockatiel. The bus route comes to the front door 4 times a day and stops at Aspirus , Econo , Walmart , City Center , Walgreens among others each rotation. Never pick up a shovel again , that is SWEET!!!! Walmart Spark knows the building very well so deliveries of food , household stuff , prescriptions , groceries heck even a 50" TV is very smooth.
