They put a large plastic drop canvas down to catch the falling limbs and debris from the cutting of the ash tree and it made their clean up pretty easy. They wore hard hats and had other safety equipment on to ensure the workers' safety. All good. We will use them again.

Arroyo arrived on time and efficiently completed the job as agreed. After removing the tree, they even took the extra step of showing us the hole where they had dug out the stump and applying a liquid to ensure all the roots were killed, before filling it back in--very helpful. They hauled away all the debris and left the patio spotless. Finding reliable vendors isn't always easy, but Arroyo exceeded our expectations. We were thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend them for any landscaping needs.

I originally hired a different, well reviewed company I had seen on yelp with pretty good, hundreds of 4/5 reviews. Arroyo showed up, apparently the work was handed off without my knowledge and this random company arrived instead. The quality has been consistently disappointing. The lawn is barely maintained; I've had to repeatedly point out basic issues, including asking them to keep the grass at a reasonable height rather than letting it grow several inches long. But communication is the bigger problem. I asked for a mulch quote back in March, followed up, and never received a real answer. Months later the response was simply that they were "booked through mid-July." Meanwhile, invoices kept arriving on schedule; of course... If you're considering Arroyo, I'd look elsewhere. The billing is reliable; the actual service and communication are not, its absolutely terrible. Do not use this company.

The plan was to remove a bunch of overgrown plants in my front yard, relocate them and also fix some irrigation issues in my planters. The price seemed OK and we had to negotiate our monthly service fee fees for regular maintenance after that but we got to a happy place. It went downhill from there. The day of plant removal he had somebody else (no Ingles) doing all the work and did not know how to replant the plants. They did not stand, they fell over the next day. He over-trimmed the other planter beds to the point where most of those plants are failing now. And the worst thing is after three years of Artificial Turf and lots of gardening activity, no one has ever ruined my turf. Until this day when the worker put a hot trimmer down on the turf. He tried to cover it up with his foot and something else while I was around the house. But when I noticed it the next day and checked the cameras... he was clearly trying to deceive myself about his accident. I sent the video to Jose. Jose sent someone out about 2 weeks later (after about 5 messages to him) to fix that. In the meantime, the gardening service I was getting was not good either. It was not Jose. It was somebody else. I texted Jose about some issues on how to be a better service supplier for my home, he was unresponsive. Next thing I know no one was coming to my home to do regular weekly maintenance. He ghosted me. Completely unprofessional to send help that can't do their job and they not respond to me. So he quit without telling me. Very very frustrating. Highly unreliable. Beware.

Highly recommend!…read more We have some trees that we get trimmed regularly by some people who leave cards at the door and they're usually in an out doing all the trees in under an hour. They recommended chopping the whole top off one of our trees to make it smaller, which just seemed odd. I started looking online for a local arborist to consult before doing anything. So glad I did! Father Earth came out and evaluated. They helped me understand that if we had lopped off the top of our ginormous tree that it would've shrunk its lifespan dramatically. They ended up thinning and pruning back several trees. I wish we'd have contacted them sooner as we could've kept a few of the trees smaller with some more thoughtful trimming rather than the usual hacking we've had done. It was more expensive than the hacking, but ultimately the cheaper hacking had an unseen cost. He also freely offered advice on some other things in the yard (like our struggling citrus, etc.)
