Ordered at 6:50 pm: Grubhub quoted 6:55 pm-7:05 pm for pickup, my wife arrived at 7:06 pm to see one guy waiting for his food and was told she would have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes. Food used to be good, but this time the meat was dry, burnt and crunchy. On top of this in general this place is slow.
