The therapists I've worked with have always been knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely attentive. They take the time to listen to my concerns before each session and tailor the treatment accordingly. I always leave feeling significantly better than when I walked in, and that's why I've remained a loyal customer for so many years. Unfortunately, I recently learned that IMR is now charging a 3% surcharge for credit card payments, and I have to say, it really annoys me. In today's world, paying with a credit card is the norm, and accepting those processing fees has traditionally just been part of the cost of doing business. Seeing that expense passed directly on to loyal customers, especially members, was disappointing. I truly enjoy supporting this business and would much rather continue my membership, but this new surcharge has honestly made me question whether I want to keep it. It's unfortunate because the quality of the massages has never been the issue. I sincerely hope they reconsider this policy, because it's the one thing that's making me think twice about continuing as a member.

I was a bit early but I was also the first customer of the day so Norma took me right in and get started early. So far so good. Norma provided a professional and therapeutic massage. She was caring and could tell certain issues I have been having without me having to say a word. In addition to the massage, she gave me some helpful advise for managing some of my symptoms. Very nice. This place can be a little hard to find being inside another business. The lady at the salon seemed a but put off when I said I was there for a massage. That was kind of awkward. The facility, as a whole, is not especially fancy. It feels like what it is. A strip mall business. But the massage room is clean and inviting. It has a more boutique look to it. A relaxing enough environment to enjoy a good massage. I'll have to remember Norma for my future massage needs. It is unfortunate that it is located on the other side of the valley from where I live.
