I didnt get any of the typical email notifications, phone calls or tracking numbers that you normally receive when doing business. I had to initiate all contact. I did receive it though... It was dirty when i got it and had been damaged and then half assed -re/brazed. On top of that, thier repair job broke again in shipment. Karb King asked me to file a claim with usps. I was able to file a claim with usps. usps makes you tell them how much you paid for shipment. Since i wasnt the shipper, i had to guess... Karb King did offer to make things right with me, but i'm choosing to repair it on my own since they clearly never did much in the first place other than make more of a mess of it. Just adding another note... 2/16/2015 What a piece of junk! This thing leaks everywhere.. I just bought a rebuilt one from a reputable company. These guys piss me off!

I am so glad I called AutoGlass Discounters next. I called them, they answered immediately,and then we made an appointment for a day later, fitting with my availability. They gave me a quote on the spot for my Honda Civic's rear quarter panel replacement and checked to see they had it in stock. They let me know they'd meet me at my house. The day of the appointment, they called me to say they could come earlier to my house if I wanted, which was great, though I kept the original time due to my availability. The repairperson Thomas was very prompt, very polite and professional. He easily found the meeting spot I asked him to meet me at. It was a very hot summer day, and we were in the dead of the sun, but Thomas made it go by easy by being so well-natured and making me laugh. He fixed the quarter panel and reassembled everything back together again and vacuumed out the broken glass from the back of my car.
