The service is always phenomenal, if I ever have an issue, somebody gets back to me the following business day if it's not during business hours and sometimes even business hours but out of 22 years, I've only had two and they have been very minor. The touchless car wash works great and has recently been updated, the service is absolutely phenomenal, I mean bar none. The value for the money exceeds my expectations. The fact that they have real people there giving a real experience, with a smile, pre-washing your vehicle, who could ask for better? I absolutely love all the employees, they always treat me well, with respect, they always have a smile on their face and make sure that I walk away happy. The vacuums are better than any in the area. Our 2007 Honda Element was our dog car that we hauled a 217 lb great Dane around in. The seats were covered in slobber and drool and filled with hair. These guys took on the job as no big deal, said it wasn't too bad. WOW!!! Amazing work, our vehicle looks brand new. I highly recommend these guys if you need your vehicle detailed. I also noticed how clean the windows and gauges are as well. It really looks showroom quality. The price was real nice too, (under $200) for this complete job that was about 4 hours from drop off to pick up.
