AWEFUL scam of a business. Where do I begin. I ordered a small turf scrubber, 329$ sent it back brand new, money out of my own pocket for shipping, as I cannot afford the PayPal fee for it after receiving it which is why I sent it back, and it was not going to work for me anymore, I ordered a medium instead. These idiots refunded the wrong item. And they didn't even provide a full refund. They tried to tell me it's their shipping fees. What shipping fees?! You mean the 9.99 I paid?! That's not 28$ you took back. There is no where that provides this 28$ shipping fee, and definitely not in my invoice which shows the total I paid for. You cannot do this. This is illegal practice. Not only that, they refuse to refund the correct one because they made a mistake and refunded the wrong one. This is not customers fault, you own the business, you are responsible for what happens, I'm not your daddy, I'm not going to hold your hand and teach you how to run a business. Grow up aquacave. You cannot manipulate customer into sending back a product already paid for so you'll refund the correct one, this is also illegal practices. Manipulating customers, scamming them, taking extra money out of refunds for hidden costs/fees. What a horrible gross despicable excuse of a company. Run by a bunch of adult children. Accepting to go to court instead of simply just fully refunding the item. I even said I would pay the 28$ fee you charged backed for 0 reason. That was not the 9.99 I paid for shipping. I still want you guys to show me where in my invoices it says 28$ for shipping fees please? Because customers are not entitled to pay for your personal choices. You cannot take the money without legally providing evidence this fee exists and is being paid for by customer. Going to court over taking a 330$ loss is idiotic and immature. Grow up and take the L. And L also stands for LOSERS. I don't care if you refunded the higher cost one. You didn't refund the correct one, paid on a separate pay date and a whole separate order. I'm not ruining my credit score for you guys to scam customers and take our money. You screwed up, you pay the price. It's the cost of doing business. Put those big boy pants on and do what you need to do, get a box of cleanex I don't care whatever makes you feel better about taking the L. Sincerely, your dad.

Wow I am so depressed with this company. I order a whole setup from them made by Current USA. They sent me 2 package both incomplete, they decided without consulting to down grade my bundle to a lower quality and outdated setup. Which made no sense, I called and spoke to a guy named Albert who said he would fix it and call me back. After an hour of not receiving a phone call I opened a support ticket (pointless). Waited 2 hours with no response so I called again in which Albert stated he was waiting for the warehouse to which open 30 minutes prior (he forgot). He called me back to tell me they were sending the missing parts form the California warehouse, so I asked for the part number of the item and if it will come complete with all the proper accessories. He stated he didn't and would call again with a response, never did I called 3 hours later and he just told yes it does. Never provided a tracking number or anything like that. So I ask for tracking information on the support ticket, a few hours later the ticket was closed by them. I reopened it asking the question and again it was closed by them, with no response given. I opened and threaten them to send everything back which was $800 of equipment. I'll update if I ever hear anything but by far the worst service. ***Update, So a replacement product was shipped to me at no charge and now my system is complete. However the lack of service just to finally get an answer was ridiculous. No one would get me a supervisor to fix the issue, so I had to use the chat feature that was finally online to get my order completed. I still have a good $500 of items to order for my aquarium but I'll be spending my money at another site. I used Bulk Reef for the remainder of my products and needless to say the order was place flawlessly and talking to the staff was very informative. They express that they hear bad things about Aquacave all the time and are happy to take their customers. They even gave Saltwater Aquarium good feedback, try them out. Hopefully this helps someone. Aquacave if you want a better rating from me get in contact with me.

The other reviewer couldn't be more wrong. First of all most of the complaints were about kids in…read morethe store?! What's the owner supposed to do? Ban kids? Second you must have caught the store on an off day. Every time I've been in there it has been quiet and peaceful. Further this store has arguably one of the nicest selection of coral in the area. The tanks were sparkling and the fish were fat and happy. Third the staff were attentive and friendly. Moreover, $700 ,depending on the equipment included, is about market rate for a 29 gallon system. Visit any online forum on reef keeping and ask how much people have invested; it can be thousands but suffice to say this is not a cheap hobby. Comparison shop for saltwater aquariums on craigslist and you'll find the same. That being said Sea Schor does a great job off offering corals at a variety of price points, as low as $10 for some frags. Concerning the parrot, if you'd stopped long enough to talk with Steve, the owner, you'd know he loved that bird, which is why he takes it to work with him everyday! You don't know that bird is in the cage all day, maybe you just assumed that. Kinda like maybe you assumed bringing exotic saltwater fish half way around the world and keeping them alive would be cheap...or easy. If you are an avid saltwater aquarist do yourself a favor and check out this store! They have friendly knowledgable staff, great corals, and good prices.

Please enjoy and shop at Sea Schor -- limited hours, Keith knows everything and can help with all when he is there.
