I cannot begin to explain how bad it is not to be able to shower during this heat wave! A Huge…read moreHuge Huge thank you to Jack and Mark. To begin with, Jack took the time to walk me through some basic steps to eliminate and try to solve my issue(no water). When that didn't work, both he and Mark showed up in this nasty heat and did their troubleshooting and repair within 3hrs. This was replacing the original well pump, original well piping and original wiring (all early 1970s) and dropping the pump a bit further down. Their knowledge and experience as well with their professionalism was amazing. Most expensive shower I've ever taken, but extremely worth it. I would highly recommend Maltby's to anyone who needs any well or water service. Thanks again boys. Much appreciated!

The job was done for a better price than two other places we called. The plumber (Jay) worked faster and more diligently than any person that's ever done any kind of installation for us in our home. The job was done really quickly and we had a working faucet in time for dinner. I highly recommend this company.

After my hot water heater died, I searched around to find a contractor to replace the heater. I…read morecontacted Constant Home Comfort through their website and got a callback in a few minutes. The salesperson came by the following morning to take a look at what needs to be done. I decided to replace my aging furnace at the same time and the salesperson walked me through the set of rebates that I can get from both Ontario and Enbridge. They also recommended adding attic insulation, which I hadn't done and was much needed. The additional Enbridge rebate pretty much pays for the insulation minus the required energy audit. Constant Home Comfort was able to get local contractors to install the hot water heater and the furnace on the same day. The contractors rolled out a carpet to the basement so that they didn't track dirt into the house and they did a great job of cleaning up after. The contractors fixed some issues with the A/C coil leaking into the furnace. They also taught us how to maintain the new equipment. Constant Home Comfort also took care of the rebates and set up the visit by the energy auditor. They still have to add insulation to the attic, but so far I'm very pleased with their service. Constant Home Comfort takes payment through cheque. They also speak Mandarin.

Do not use this company! The fan on the heat pump that was installed broke within a month. The 24…read moreservice is a lie - calling all their numbers for days, we finally got them to send a technician to look at the broken machine. They finally sent a technician who has no idea how to fix the machine. Promised to send another technician after the first who apparently will still not be able to fix the machine, they are just going to come here and call the manufacturer. We are just supposed to sit here in the scorching heat waiting for them to call the manufacturer who refuses to take their calls. The 24 hr service is an absolute lie. The units they sell are faulty. This company is a scam!

The same Moen valve was less than $175 anywhere else online or in hardware stores. I was told that what I received was a higher quality than available elsewhere. Further checking with Moen told me that they only made one quality level. I requested more info from Doug Clark but was told that I was being a nuisance and that if I registered for the warranty with Moen, then Doug Clark Plumbing would not be responsible for any more support. Needless to say, I am not happy with their response. I should have requested a quote beforehand. I strongly advise anyone dealing with Doug Clark Plumbing to do so.

Woke up yesterday to find laundry room flooded due to failure of electric water heater. Phoned…read moreAria Plumbing first based on good reviews on Yelp and the fact that it is a local business. Jay answered the phone. He came over immediately and gave me a fair quote to install a new water heater. He obtained and dropped off the new heater later that day. He and Dorjee were kind enough to move stuff out of the way in the laundry room and mop up the remaining water, which my husband had been struggling with. Today, Jay and Dorjee installed the new water heater. We are seniors in an older house and Jay realised that our cut-off valve to the water heater was also failing, so he kindly replaced it today. That explains the extra water on the floor today, after my husband completely closed the valve to the old water heater yesterday. My husband and I agree that Jay and Dorjee are hard workers, conscientious and very pleasant. We will definitely call Aria Plumbing for future needs and already have one issue with our outdoor faucets that need attention before winter. We highly recommend Aria Plumbing. Thanks very much, Jay and Dorjee. - Nancy I edited this review. We live in Etobicoke, Ontario, not the U.S. as indicated when I posted this review.

There was a leak from the drain and he had the part needed in his truck. Everything was done in a very quick, very professional and clean way. Great customer service! Great technicians! Prompt service!…read more We had a Kinetico a200 filter installed by Nimbus a while back. They didn't have filters or wouldn't call back at all. Aquareal were very prompt and professional. In 2 days after a call, a technician came in to change the filters. He did the water tests and recommended to change the whole system; it was quite old (8-9 years). The next day, we had K5 ready and installed. Thank you very much. That's a way to do business!

Please read my review of Nimbus Water Systems Inc and as to why we chose Aquareal Water Systems…read more We had done our research and had chosen to install the Kinetico water softner system. Initially we had purchased our system from Nimbus Water Systems and cancelled the order with them once we realized that the installation was faulty and that the contract installers who were assigned to us were unqualified. We then chose Aquareal Water Systems and had we done our homework properly, they would have been our preferred supplier and installer. Raymond who is the owner of Aquareal Water Systems was extremely professional and explained to us the various options available and recommended Kinetico Model Q850 OD XP as the solution that best met our needs. He was patient, answered all our questions to our satisfaction with no marketing hype. To this day, we had NOT shared with Raymond our negative experience with Nimbus Water Systems as we did not want this to influence as to how he interacted with us. The installer who was assigned to us was very experienced, knowledgeable and explained to us in great details as to how to operate and maintain the system. Raymond, thanks to you and your team. We will highly recommend you to our friends and will consider you when it is time for us to replace our drinking water system.
