She was clear, precise, organized and overviewed everyone's form. There are 15 new reformer machines in the room. Everything is brand new spanking clean with all the equipment. Music was playing in the background. It was a 45 minute class and it was phenomenal. I will be returning for this type of class on Thursday again and I highly recommend.

No stair master. Overall decent for most people who will go there or visit their relatives.

Came to visit this F45 location twice while I was visiting my parents in Boynton Beach. Booked…read morethrough class pass. Lots of parking in the lot out front. Friendly instructor when I arrived. There's little cubbies when you walk in to leave your keys etc. Then the workout room is like all other F45s. Instructor quickly goes through the demo, then a warm up and then you get going. Every time I come back to F45 I'm reminded how much I appreciate the tvs with the instruction. The 8:15am class has a decent number of people (which I enjoy, I never want to be one of only a few people working out, doesn't inspire me). Overall great workout. Easy to book and all that. Would def come back next time I'm in town.
