Great prices on bottled water. After making a recent exchange/purchase, the water bottle that was placed in my trunk had bursted while I was driving up to Polaris Fashion Place. I drove back after making my quick run and showed them all the water in my trunk and the hole..they replaced it with no problem. I purchased a cooler from them years ago and it stopped cooling one day. I took it in and they repaired it for a reasonable fee and the time frame of repair was within 2 days so I didn't go without bottled water for too long! I love Aqua Systems! :) read more

Not only was the service poor. The guy who came in to clean the system rude and clearly didn't know what he was doing. After a month, the water still tasted strange. I called and they really didn't care and put us a month and a half out. We pulled everything out and did a new system ourselves only to find out there wasn't even a filter put in! read more

UPDATE: After weeks of communication to Aqua Systems' corporate office, we were able to come to an agreement regarding the below situation. Unfortunately, Aqua Systems acquired a local business in my county that retailed and installed their equipment - the retailer from which I purchased my Aqua System and primarily dealt with. Due to a series of very unfortunate circumstances and events, my specific water situation was not handled properly. Aqua Systems assures me that had they previously been made more fully aware of the situation, they would have been able to properly treat the water. We were able to reach an understanding and agreement to resolve the situation. While the below holds true as to the timeline and series of events, I do appreciate the time that the corporate office took to communicate with me to resolve the issue. In March 2016 we purchased our home. Almost immediately upon moving in, we noticed a problem with the water. It had a pungent smell of rotten eggs and was tinted gray and black. The inside of the toilet tanks were jet black. We contacted National Salt in Bellefontaine (now owned by Aqua Systems) and had them inspect the Aqua System that was sold with the house. After inspection, they found the unit to be beyond repair - it was not functioning, nor could it ever be. We purchased a new Aqua System for them under the notion that the system, and that system alone, would solve our problem. After installation, we still experienced sulfur in our water. After a few service calls, it was determined we needed to add additional equipment - a stenner pump - to inject peroxide at an entry point prior to the Aqua System. After installation of the stenner pump, we still experienced sulfur in our system. Over the period of a year and a half, and more than ten service calls, we still have "problem" water. I contacted other water companies in the area for a second opinion and have since learned that the Aqua system is not equipped to handle the level of sulfur in our water (it tests at over 20 parts). I contacted National Salt to discuss my concerns over having been sold a system that is not properly addressing our water problem. I was directed to call Aqua Systems. Aqua Systems sent their own tech out to test the system. His solution was to increase the peroxide injection from 50% to 100%, and said if that didn't work, we may need to purchase yet another piece of additional equipment to help filter out the water. He explained that over a period of time wells can change, and we may have more sulfur in the well than there once was. After the service rep left, I contacted Aqua Systems again to explain that I was not happy with the "resolution" offered. It is evident that the system is not equipped for my specific situation, as we are in no better shape than we were a year and a half ago. I was informed that the person who owned the house 8 years ago had the original Aqua System put in, and Aqua Systems only had to come out one time to make an adjustment for him, so clearly there were no problems, and this "is the best system on the market." After the peroxide was increased to 100%, I took pictures of our water still showing the gray tinge, toilet bowls filled up with gray water, and a bathroom sink marked with black particles. While that's all well and good that a previous owner had no problems EIGHT years ago, it is 100% irrelevant to the situation at hand. The reality is it has been a year and a half, and I have invested over $2,000 in a system that is not treating the water properly, and have been told my solution is to invest even more money in their products. Call me crazy, but why on earth would I invest even more money in a system that has caused me nothing but trouble, and has yet to treat my water? Why would I trust that this would solve my problem? And if "it's the best system on the market," why do I have to keep purchasing additional parts to make it work? It's no wonder the original system was destroyed. Aqua Systems should know the limitations of their units, and I should have been informed of as much from the beginning. Had I been given an accurate representation of the capability of their units, I never would have purchased it to begin with. Aqua Systems has yet to acknowledge the failure of their system to treat the problem, or any wrong doing on their part. I don't even want the system - it is useless to me - they can come and take it back and pawn it off on some other unsuspecting soul! No one should have to live with water like this based on the ill advice of a company. I have given more than enough patience, time, and money to them to try to resolve the problem. Enough is enough. If you purchase from them, make sure you know 100% what you're getting into. The only person I'd recommend this company to is my enemy. read more

We have lived with smelly water for 10 years. Received a quotation from kinetico 10 years ago that floored us, so we lived with it. I had to bleach the water monthly to ensure the smell was not too bad. The kids and my wife would not drink the water. We did all the normal things like replacing the rod in the water heater, ensuring the softener was working well, and filtering like crazy. But, the water still smelled. Last November, I brought in Kinetico and Aqua Systems in to test the water. Kinetico basically quoted me $5700 after not really spending much time looking at the water and hearing what I have tried. Mike at Aqua Systems listened and didn't offer a solution while he was there. We spoke a week later, and he said he was comfortable with recommending the ozone iron filter. His installer installed it and a reverse osmosis system in about 4 hours. Installer was very professional and worked with me to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Total price was still expensive, but less than half what kinetico had quotes. Now, 6 months later and no more smelly water! Everybody in the family drinks the water from the RO system, so we are saving on bottled water. I wholeheartedly recommend this company if you struggle with poor well water. read more
