This company is violating both the Federal TCPA, as well as Arizona State Law by illegally telemarketing consumer cellphones without the required express written permission to do so. When confronted with the issue, they deny responsibility and hang up on the person complaining. They also ignored both a notice of intent to take legal action, and a BBB complaint. I have forwarded the matter to my attorney, and have also started a complaint with the Arizona State Attorney General's Office. Maybe the company will take them seriously, instead. read more

I'm very happy with Aqua Safe. Tony came to the house (on-time and respectful) ready to deliver his full spiel. And to his credit, he happily catered to my specific needs (I had done lots of homework on water treatment, and water quality in the valley, and wanted to cut right to the chase). I never felt like I was in a "hard-sell" presentation, and I did feel like Tony wanted to help me get what I wanted and needed, even though it wasn't his top-dollar system. The installation went smoothly, with a professional and careful crew. They used all copper pipe, not PVC as I feared/expected, and were clean and respectful of my home. Anyone who's been in the valley for long knows how very hard our public water supply is, and how many companies try to sell us on water treatment. If you're in the market, do lots of research so you know how water softening works and what it would cost you to buy a system and install it yourself. Then decide if it is worth it to you to have someone do the installation for you. In my case, I found that Tony and Aqua Safe were able to find a right price to let me buy from them, instead of trying it myself. And I'm glad I did. read more

First of all I believe if you don't have anything good to say. Don't talk about it. That was the old me. Luckily I have something good to say about aquasafe. I have to admit I was a little surprised at the service, price and professionalism of this company. As I had appointments with two other companies before. I originally talked to the salesperson Tony from aqua. We set an appointment. He was prompt and courteous. He explained his products in an interesting manner. My wife and I were totally engaged and impressed with his knowledge. Everything he said was right on target. I have since sent him 3 referrals. He actually has a referral program that has worked out well for me and my family. I checked with two other companies. They were ok to talk to. They just missed the mark. When I didnt sign up with these other companies they got a little indignant and started the pressure. We got no such pressure from Tony. Even when I told him we have to think about it. He was always polite and understanding. Funny, I thought about it and then paid in full for the system on the first appointment. The most important thing is we got a great deal on a quality GE product and it works great. We can really tell the difference. This is working out so great I will be buying aqua's water drinking system soon. Do yourself a healthy favor. Put this system in and reap the health benefits of pure clean super water. I need to provide this feedback, which requires no response from your company. A gentleman came to my home yesterday and everything was fine during the 2 hr presentation. After the presentation, The rep did not offer any time for me to speak with my family without him in the room. This fact led me to ask for time to think about it and we would give him a call. The rep then became the most unprofessional intimidating sales man I have ever come across. I am in sales, I understand rebutting or overcoming the "no" but when it gets to a point where my husband has to tell him to get out of our house because politeness isnt working, it's crossed the line from sales to plain bullying. This interaction was so out there after I said "not right now today, thanks", that when he left I realized I had hives. I was made to feel, so far past, uncomfortable that I will never invite another presenter to my home. I then submitted the above feedback to the business and got two missed calls and a voice mail within 3 minutes of eachother and it was the same REP! The last person I want to talk to is the person that caused the problem. Either way, the rep was on the phone and said "I think I owe you an apology, but everything I did yesterday was for a reason". Bill came to my house and was very helpful and informative on the different options available. I did end up buying an Aqua Safe system.
