I've been purchasing my water here for the past 3 years. I purchase alkaline water and am very pleased with the quality and taste. They help you carry your water bottles to and from your vehicle, which is a great help and service. They are very supportive to the neighboring community and even feature great artwork for sale on their walls. I highly recommend this place and will continue to solely purchase all my water needs at Lone Star H2O To-Go!

I'm glad to have found Lone Star H2O! I found them while looking for a place to grab some water…read moreafter leaving Hope Park. I was so happy to have found them because the location is very close to Hope Park. This place offers full service bottle refill, nugget ice, water coolers, and other water supplies. The process is simple: I back my car up into a parking spot, carry my water bottles into the store or if they aren't too busy and see me they will come out and assist me in bringing my empty bottles into the store, they rinse and fill my bottles with fresh water, I pay and then they load them into my car. Everyone I have encountered was helpful and friendly. They even let my son fill up his water bottle when we come from the park. The interior is clean and always has a fresh smell. The water is good, and doesn't have an aftertaste. They also offer alkaline water if you're in need of it. They have basic reverse osmosis water for pets, plants and diffusers. I usually get the purified drinking water for my kiddos to drink and alkaline for when I workout. Overall, we are happy with the water and service we get from Lone Star H2O. We will continue to use them for all of our drinking water needs!

I called for service and after fighting through AI got a barely-English speaking person (probably…read morein central America). Short story is that they did not know if my pool pump was under warranty, did not know the model/serial that they installed, and did not know when I could get service (I would be called). Their systems are horrible. I asked to speak to a supervisor and said I would be called. I wasn't. The tech was due at 8-12 this morning, but I got a call that he would be coming early afternoon. He didn't. I talked with someone who knew nothing, and then a level 2 person who knew nothing, and asked for her manager. He was not available and will call me. He hasn't. Wow.

So I had to write a review on this place for a few reasons. First is service. I was building a…read morestock tank pool and needed to get some new inlets and outlets as the ones with the pump wouldn't work. Went to the store in Allen and got part of it. The people there went above and beyond looking for what I needed and even giving me an extra gasket for free. He said I could go to their Dallas location as they had a lot more parts and I could get the rest of what I needed. It was a drive over there but worth it. They had all the pump parts when j got there bc they store in Allen has called. It was a one stop shop and I was able to get everything all set up and running. My kids love the little swimming hole we now have. I don't know how many times I'll need to go to a pool place but if I ever need anything this place has earned my business by servicing their customers. Great job to both the Dallas & Allen locations!
