I was so happy to have found them because the location is very close to Hope Park. This place offers full service bottle refill, nugget ice, water coolers, and other water supplies. The process is simple: I back my car up into a parking spot, carry my water bottles into the store or if they aren't too busy and see me they will come out and assist me in bringing my empty bottles into the store, they rinse and fill my bottles with fresh water, I pay and then they load them into my car. Everyone I have encountered was helpful and friendly. They even let my son fill up his water bottle when we come from the park. The interior is clean and always has a fresh smell. The water is good, and doesn't have an aftertaste. They also offer alkaline water if you're in need of it. They have basic reverse osmosis water for pets, plants and diffusers. I usually get the purified drinking water for my kiddos to drink and alkaline for when I workout. Overall, we are happy with the water and service we get from Lone Star H2O. We will continue to use them for all of our drinking water needs!

Their systems are horrible. I asked to speak to a supervisor and said I would be called. I wasn't. The tech was due at 8-12 this morning, but I got a call that he would be coming early afternoon. He didn't. I talked with someone who knew nothing, and then a level 2 person who knew nothing, and asked for her manager. He was not available and will call me. He hasn't. Wow.

The people there went above and beyond looking for what I needed and even giving me an extra gasket for free. He said I could go to their Dallas location as they had a lot more parts and I could get the rest of what I needed. It was a drive over there but worth it. They had all the pump parts when j got there bc they store in Allen has called. It was a one stop shop and I was able to get everything all set up and running. My kids love the little swimming hole we now have.
