This is only my first delivery and 3 red flags have already popped out:…read more 1. Got the rental dispenser but it didn't pump water - the sensor next to the door is not working. Called customer service and got promised a replacement on the next delivery. We'll see. 2. Got the first bill of $67 with no promo applied to it. When I signed up online it showed a $50 promo and my first bill should be $17. That's why I signed up online instead of Costco in order to get the promo. Called customer service on same day and got promised a $50 credit should show on the next bill. Wait until the next bill I won't be surprised if they forget again. 3. Got a surcharge of $2 on my bill for credit card. No way online can you change or cancel the autopay. Called customer service the 3rd time and they told me you're forced to pay this surcharge basically as you cannot use a checking account to do autopay. And once you set up the autopay you cannot cancel it. You have to pay the surcharge unless you use a debit, which I don't have. Water itself tasted fine, but I feel like as an established company, it's ridiculous to have so many problems with just the first delivery - hardware not working, got the wrong bill, and offer no autopay options for checking accounts. I called 3 times on the first delivery date, and it's very disappointing.

We feed the cats, cook, feed the plant, and even set our parents up with the water. Best tasting water especially because my childhood dream is to have cold water on demand and now I'm living my dreams with Water World. Excellent customer service- these people will get you your water when you need it! For water that is as crisp/ clean as this- I would pay big bucks. Luckily the pricing is VERY fair even below market value IMO Texted for a water delivery over the weekend and received it today. I like the efficiency

After Primo Water acquired Alhambra, I needed to find a new water delivery service. Based on the…read morereviews, Water World seemed like a promising alternative. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. It took over a month just to get my deliveries established and running consistently. Once deliveries finally began, I encountered ongoing billing issues. The company repeatedly withdrew money from my bank account, sometimes totaling more than $300 in charges. Whenever I questioned the charges, they pointed to a long list of junk fees. I've never seen so many junk fees on an invoice, especially considering they already charge $17.99 per bottle of water. To make matters worse, I was charged for water that was never delivered. Trying to resolve these issues was nearly impossible because it was extremely difficult to reach someone who had the time or ability to review my account and explain what was happening. Reliable delivery, accurate billing, and responsive customer service are the bare minimum expectations for a water delivery company. Unfortunately, Water World fell short in all three areas. I cannot recommend this company, and I would strongly encourage anyone considering their service to carefully monitor their invoices and bank account for discrepancies.

ATTENTION: Under New Ownership…read more I just purchased a Water Machine and was searching for a water store nearby. To my surprise there was one couple blocks over from my house. Read some reviews and apparently there was a really rude woman working there so when I went in, I prepared myself to deal with her. To my surprise, the Water Specialist working there was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Nothing like the things I have read. Turns out it's because it under new Ownership. She Smiled alot and offered up information I hadn't thought about. Blessed be this business because I'm a Firm believer in "Good things to Good People." The store was clean and organized. Had some other Store Items like Lotto Tickets, Drinks, Snacks and a Toy display. And even though there was some construction going on outside there was plenty of parking close by. She nicely instructed me how to use the Bottle Cleaner and Fillers and seal the bottle properly. I bought the Water Bottle and a few Lottery Tickets and was on my way. Easy as that. Thanks L&L Pure Water! EDIT: BTW, the water tastes Great!

She had already given me attitude when I came. I asked her if I can wash the gallons using the faucet and she said yes but was not paying attention to where I am referring to. When I turned it (drinking faucet) on. She yelled and got mad at me because the water splashed all over. She's like, "why you do that! You are wasting the water!" And I told her again, this is my first time. I dont know where I can atleast wash the inside. I even offered to pay extra for the wasted water and clean it up for her. I just really needed to clean the gallon thoroughly before I refill them and this is the reason why I had to come in and get the refill. But the lady wasn't too understanding about it and refused service to me.

DON'T DO IT! TL;DR at the bottom…read more Seriously consider getting your own bottles and filling them yourself. This is hands down one of the WORST companies I have had the displeasure of "working" (in quotes because I don't think anyone there works or knows what it means to work) with. When they combined Primo with this joke of a water delivery service everything went downhill. For some reason my amazing delivery driver was gone and the new delivery driver wouldn't pick up the empty bottles no matter what I tried. I called and called and called. I received the whole, "Oh, we are so sorry! We don't know what happened. We will fix the issue immediately." canned responses. Did they fix it? No. For 5 months the delivery driver did not pick up the empty bottles when leaving the new bottles. I tried placing them in different spots, etc. to no avail. I repeatedly called from either October/November 2025 to February/March of 2026. All I would receive were canned excuses and apologies with zero results. My neighbor who gets their delivery had 12 empty bottles sitting on her porch! I didn't have room to store their empty bottles and quite honestly it wasn't my responsibility to do so. I even threatened to throw them away. They would promise to send the driver on a different day to pick up the bottles and he would never show. My bottles were FINALLY picked up but my neighbors bottles were not. I happened to be talking to her when the delivery guy showed up one day and we asked him if he could take the empty bottles. His response? He sighed at us and acted like we were putting him out for asking him to do his actual job. And after all of this they couldn't even be bothered to offer a discount for the crappy service. After they FINALLY picked up both my bottles and my neighbors bottles I started filling my own rented bottles. It is half the price to do so. Yes, it is extra work and I have to lug the bottles up my stairs myself but at least I could count on getting the correct orders and help. After several months of just skipping service I decided to try them again. Was it any better? Absolutely not. The first delivery I started up it said you could modify your order up until 6 pm the day before. I did that. I asked for 4 bottles via their app for my July 30th shipment. The next day I received 3 bottles. Did they charge me for 4 bottles? 100% they did. So, I went to the app and spoke to a representative, Ashley, AGAIN (I have the transcript of this conversation). I received the same canned responses again and she said she would give me a credit to my account. A credit that was just giving me my money back without the taxes and other fees they charged me based on the full order of 4 bottles even though I never received it, by the way. I told her I wanted 3 bottles for the delivery the next day on 8/13. She confirmed this would be the delivery. This conversation ended at 4:54 pm, an hour before their cutoff. Can you guess what happened today, 8/13? I received two bottles instead of three. I tried the chat on their app and Arabella was my representative this time. Canned responses again and as she was looking up my account the system said she ended the chat. So, I called. I couldn't catch what the next persons name was. I asked for a supervisor and as any of these companies are nowadays I had to ask more than once to finally get one. I get transferred to Mike. Mike was useless. You could barely hear him through his mumbling. I told him what happened and I just received sorry this happened and then he said my next order was on hold and then he was ready to get off the phone. He couldn't have been more disinterested in helping me. And I never asked him to put it on hold. So, I said "that's it"? I told him I couldn't believe they weren't going to do anything to rectify the bad service and all the issues I have had to deal with. He starts mumbling for about five minutes and then tells me my order will resume in September. What the hell did that have anything to do with what I asked? Nothing, it had nothing to do with it. I tell him to cancel my order. Then he FINALLY offers me a store credit for the issues I have dealt with. At that point I said no and told him I shouldn't have had to threaten to cancel to get an ounce of customer service for the issues I have dealt with. He couldn't care less. TL;DR Their service is atrocious, their delivery driver thinks doing his job is putting him out and they have ZERO regard for their customers. Oh, and they want you, the customer to tip their drivers! How about paying your drivers a living freaking wage? What a crap company this is. Do yourself a favor and skip these guys.
