When I confronted them, they first denied blowing my sprinkler out..... So then I sent them the sticker on my control box that they put up showing that they had winterized it in the fall of 2025.... Then, they tried to convince me that they had left that valve open. Clearly they were unorganized enough to not remeber that they did blow my system out, which further suggests that they failed to open that valve. Sadle their suggestion to me was: "Call a plumber". A short time later, and in just one day, I had a new roof on my house and garage. It looks great! A couple of weeks later (scheduling and supply chain stuff), I had my new gutters as well.
