Then another guy started helping him.. Did not show for weeks.. Pool turned green again and Patrick had to drain it AGAIN. This year was the final straw. We have been telling Patrick since May that the pool is turning green. We got excuses that he just got a big account in Orange County and has been busy. Oh he will be by tomorrow... Never showed. FINALLY our pool is a murky bog and Patrick shows cleans the filter and leaves. This does nothing so he has to drain it. Which he did and then never came back. That was a week ago. We have tried to multiple times to get ahold of him. Pool is now stained and needs acid washed. I am very disappointed with this service. And will not be requiring his services any further. I would love to tell him that but considering he cant return a message I guess I'll stop holding my breath about him showing up.

I have an above ground spa that is enclosed in a gazebo that became infested over the years by…read morecritters getting under it. Who knew? In any event I had what was thought to be a simple leak as the critter(s) chewed up a bit of my plumbing. Upon initial inspection Clark gave me what I thought was a very fair estimate. When he came out to fix my spa the problem was worse than expected. Not only did the critters cause more damage than initially thought it was a nasty mess underneath the spa. Clark went above and beyond to try to fix the problems but in the end I paid $500 to still have a spa that does not work! Although Clark is a very nice guy I worked with him in good faith and he promised to have the spa lifted, the leaks found, the spa lowered and then tested until each leak was fixed. This did not happen as he did not have adequate staff to perform this level of labor. In addition, there was a nasty mess left in my back yard, screws to my paneling all over the ground, cans from refreshments I provided left on my lawn and the paneling to my spa was left undone. As the job grew in scope the level of Clark and his staffs efforts left a lot to be desired! I guess, if the job is not a difficult one he is your guy but towards the end there were many missed appointments, a mess was left, the job was not finished and I still do not have an operational spa :( VERY DISSATISIFIED and I paid a lot of money for the pleasure! I guess in short, if the job is too big or if he did not have experience solving the level of work required he should have not taken the job!

I had a great experience with Orange Crest Pool Repair and Maintenance, especially with Wyatt…read more He came out on Tuesday to inspect a leak in my pool pump. After looking at it, he explained that it would likely require replacing a pipe and gasket and gave me a very reasonable quote. When he returned on Friday with the necessary supplies, he opened everything up and realized the pipe didn't actually need to be replaced. Instead of doing unnecessary work, he fixed the leak with a much simpler repair. Even better, he charged me significantly less than the original quote because the repair turned out to be easier than expected. It's rare to find someone as honest and professional as Wyatt. He could have easily gone ahead with the original repair, but instead he did only what was needed and passed the savings on to me. I truly appreciate his integrity, professionalism, and quality of work. I highly recommend Orange Crest Pool Repair and Maintenance, and if you have the opportunity, ask for Wyatt. You can feel confident that you'll receive honest advice, fair pricing, and excellent service.

Ceegan, the owner, responded immediately and spent considerable time with me explaining his services, as well as how he would treat our questionable pool chemistry and algae which was beginning to appear in the deep end of the pool. From my discussion with Ceegan, I discerned his extraordinary knowledge of pool water chemistry and proper pool service and management. After just slightly more than two weeks he has cleared the algae and brought the water chemistry within normal standards. In those first weeks, he also cleaned our pool filters to enhance filtration. Ceegan is highly professional and detailed in his approach to pool care and ensures all questions are thoroughly examined and answered. I am impressed that he follows set protocols in addressing pool chemistry issues and ensuring his services are documented in writing and photography. We are confident in the services provided by No Excuses Pool service and Repair. Tony R

After dealing with unresolved pool lighting issues for nearly two years, I had honestly lost…read moreconfidence that anyone could fix the problem. The original lighting service company I was working with made multiple attempts but never properly diagnosed the issue, let alone resolved it. My pool contractor eventually referred me to Paul's Pool Magic, and the difference in professionalism and expertise was immediately apparent. They contacted me the same day, scheduled quickly, and showed up the very next day. What stood out most was their approach--they didn't guess. They performed a full, systematic diagnostic of the entire lighting system and all related electrical components. For the first time in two years, someone actually identified the root cause of the problem. Even more impressive, they returned the following day and completed the repair efficiently and correctly. No delays, no excuses--just competent, high-level service. From communication to execution, everything was handled professionally. They solved in two days what another company couldn't fix in two years. I'm extremely grateful for the experience and would strongly recommend Paul's Pool Magic to anyone dealing with pool or lighting issues. This is how service should be done.
