I went and got a gel mani/ pedi on Monday 8/6 and my pedicure looks amazing. However, my nails look bad. I still have a hangnail that hurts and almost a wk later my gel polish is chipping. I should've believed the reviews and gone somewhere else but I was in a rush and gave them a chance since the salon was so close to my house. I got SNS dipping powder and the girl was nice but took almost 2 hours to do it. I could tell it wasn't the best job but I had to catch a flight so I paid and left. The very next day a huge part of my nail broke off including my real nail under. I noticed around all of the edges it was cracking and flaking off. The SNS was basically up to my finger covering the cuticle. I went back in as soon as I got home 2 days later and asked for a refund. They said they'd redo it but do not offer refunds. I didn't want them to do it again, because I'm a model and I have an important job in a few days and can't risk having jacked up nails again. Terrible customer service- even worse than the nails they do. Look at the photos and reviews before you go here. Your nails will not look good. Go to Eden nails or Matte nails, they're both nearby and a million times better/cleaner. I popped each nail off like they were press ons.. what a WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. read more

Cheapest eyebrow waxing around! $8! Can't beat it!

My issue is, if you're not ready for a new client say so. Don't put someone in a chair and forget about them. Don't leave me in the chair for 30 minutes until the water goes cold. Basically don't waste my time I have gone to 3 other salons today and they all were full. But they had enough courtesy to say we are full can you come back later or would you like to make an appointment. Based on my one star review I am clearly not recommending this place. read more

Everyone is always so patient and helpful when it comes to deciding on which color to get! (I usually can't decide between two different colors lol). This place is very hit or miss, the first time I had my SNS done here I was very satisfied. My nails were done very well and exactly what I asked for. On my next visit I wanted the same treatment for my nails, however this time I was extremely disappointed in the quality. The acetone was left on my nails so long, almost an hour, that tips of fingers are dried out and numb. I walked in with almond shaped nails and walked out with ovals because they technician decided to file the ends off before deciding they were too short for almond shape after she finished. She cut my fingers and cuticles 3 times during the visit. The top coat on my nails doesn't even cover the entire colored portion below. The nails are rough in places and each is shaped slightly differently, different sizes, or crooked. I will be looking for a new salon. read more

I went to this salon on my lunch break based on the previous review. There were two people on staff at lunch and ladies were all very friendly. I asked if they could do a Gel Mani and regular Pedi in an hour and they assured me it was no problem. However, 10 minutes later 3 more clients walked in and suddenly they were overwhelmed. The Pedi was ok. Not great. Not bad. I was going to leave because I didn't think they'd have time for my Gels (did not do both at the same time) but the owner assured me it was not problem. She did my nails so fast they didn't have time to dry correctly. The color is uneven and, one week later, three have already peeled off. Not good. Perhaps I would have had better luck on the weekend? Not sure. Not going back. But they were very nice. read more

I had been to At Nails once before and said I'd never go back. I started going to another place but was in a hurry and decided to give At Nails another try.....bad decision! The woman who did my nails (whose son also works there) did my pedicure just fine. Before she started on my nails, she asked me to pay. I did and left her a decent tip...guess she wasn't thrilled with my tip and seemed to take it out on my cuticles on my hands. She was rough, it was painful, and two of my cuticles bled! After she finished, I was sitting there letting my nails dry. I reached for something and slightly messed up ONE nail. I asked another lady in the shop if she could help me by fixing it, she fussed at me as she fixed my nail. I will NEVER go back there.....SAVE YOURSELF!! LM read more

Ok so here goes. I've been to this place a few times. And it's always an unhappy experience when I leave. I think there was one time where I left happy (I was getting my nails done for a special event-that's the only reason I gave them 1 star). This was the first time I had ever gone. Well needless to say they did not do anything to keep my business. I tried them again and the second time I went my polish on my toe came completely off I one sweep and this was within the week I got them done. This last time I went I said let me try them again and I got a mani and it's so bad that within an hour of leaving the salon you could see the separation between the color and the top coat! I am completely appalled and they have forever lost my business. If you go here ask for James - now he is a good man! And definitely can get the job done! If you go ask for him or go when they are not busy because they will NOT give you the attention you deserve. read more
