The very next week we had basically the same issue. The one room that was asked (and I specified that I needed that room done) was untouched and the bathroom smelled like urine the next day after the cleaners were there and supposedly cleaned. This is unfortunate, and sadly I now have to find another cleaning service. I hate to leave a bad review because I too am a business owner and I understand how important reviews are for your business but I also know how important customer service is.
