Relocated to TN from NC a few years back and finally decided it was time to hook up our unit to our new house. After calling multiple times and leaving voicemails based on details provided on their "website", I decided to investigate this further... BBB rates this company as either F or NR (not rated) based on formal complaints. Between the phone numbers listed, half will have a scripted message leading to dead-end voicemail with no "24-hour" returned phone call whereas the numbers are no longer in service. Aqua Edge warranty is a joke. We can not complain about a full house RO system other than apparently what may give them an edge over other systems is fraudulent management . We purchased our Aqua Edge 4 years ago and was assured promises of being able to call and order parts to our system, recharging the carbon filter, or buying filters for our below sink model. They also promised to move our system when we moved homes. So we planned to do all of those things before we moved, so we called them before we put our house on the market. And we called again. Yes, the aquaedgeusa.com website that when you call goes straight to voicemail and they have a nice message that says they will Call you back WITHIN 24 hours. So I called again, and said, "I have tried calling several times. and need a call back To see about a move to see how much it would be to move our unit, or purchase a new one." Then I got a call back from Tim. Tim was nice, and said he would email me a form to move. I told Tim we would also want to recharge the unit with charcoal and order some filters during the move. He said, "no problem, just need a couple of weeks notice." I said, "no problem we won't be closing for another 5 weeks on our home, as some as we get an email we will get it right back to you.". Tim also wanted to know during the call about what I paid for the last unit, and that would be the cost to replace the old unit....I thought that to be interesting as I did want a price when I left a message. Well, about a day or so later I called again to remind Tim, that I have not seen an email. A day or so after us leaving yet another voicemail, some must have been listening or the person finally got down the LONG list of folks needing a water softener Mobile Pledge Form....And was able to get the form out to me with a non subject Line email.....pdf attached. Then I noticed there was another companies name typed on the form Pure Life of Tennessee and about seven disclaimers about moving the unit. None of which could have applied to us, as we were moving 3 miles away from our current address. So naturally I emailed back to make sure they were going to be able to handle the time crunch of getting the removal done in the next 4 weeks. And very curious why I bough the filtration system from Aqua Edge but yet you want me to sign a Mobile Pledge from another company name. Well We got no response. And for the next 2 weeks I sent 3 other follow up emails. Then with no response we called 4 more times each time giving MORE than 72 hours for Tim or whoever is answering their answer machine in a world of cheap call services, and text message and email, and virtual assistants.....they want to use a straight to VM line and not live up to any promises. I had to get my contractor to move my system even though they gave me a contract that said to just call them up and they would move my system and install. What jerks, and not worth the money or time on a system that the only VALUE is customer service, and they FAILED royally at providing it. Such a sales scam!! Do not buy From Aqua Edge. This is a terrible excuse for a company to paint a rosy picture with coupons and free house cleaner and 4 years of soap, and cooking pans. But to ask them to live up to it? No, Nada. Tim just wants the $4,000 sale, not to live up to his word. And if he can't get that, he will try to get a disclosure signed for another company. So disheartened. We purchased a unit from Aqua Edge (aka Luv-Green Solutions & American Water Concepts), in which we found out that they have two other companies that they work under! We haven't received any of our promotional items nor has anyone come out to check and make sure that our family is drinking safe water. After complaining about their service or lack thereof thru calls, emails and a certified letter (per their advisement) to have the unit removed... still nothing! I am highly disappointed and frustrated with the lack of accountability, yet we're paying for this system! No one responded to our request until I mentioned contacting my attorney. This has been the worst customer service, with a stellar named product. High Disappointed with still no communication of a resolution from the company!!! read more

I am highly unsatisfied with Aqua Edge! My husband and I have three small children and were very optimistic about utilizing our water purification system that we had installed almost four years ago. We recently had plumbing work done on our house and our plumbers noticed that our water purification tank was installed incorrectly and that sewage has been collected in it over time. We have been trying to get in contact with AquaEdge about the situation to get it resolved and they would not get back with us. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! read more

While I was disgusted with how gross our water was, I was even more appalled that I was contacted via a letter saying that I had a package waiting to be picked up. Confused because I often do have packages, my husband called, and was told the city of Durham was hoping to bring Tide Pods by our house if they could do a complimentary water testing at our new home. He obliged and said sure. We welcomed a man into our house... he started going on and on about his sales, with no tide pods in sight. I then asked with what company he was with. Aqua Edge. After 2 hours, he told us we could agree to a promo and cancel at any time by signing a piece of paper... so we did to try and get him out of our house. Mind you, we told him no thank you five times. I hate this company! I fell for some stupid offer for a bottle of free laundry detergent that required someone to come out and 'test' the water in my home. Paul, the salesman, showed up after 9 pm. He didn't leave until midnight. The system was installed the next day to begin the clock on when we could have it removed. Three times -- someone had to come out because there was an issue with paperwork. It took over a month for the 'soap' they promised to arrive, and I never received anything about the pots and pans they gifted. The company reduced the price from $7k to $5k. So why was my first bill $5,139.77?!?! Because the financing (Castle Credit) charges nearly 100%. Despite having nearly perfect credit. Don't believe me? Here's the fine print on the statement, "Minimum Payment Warning: Making only the minimum payment will increase the amount of interest you pay and the time it takes to repay your balance. To pay off your current balance in 36 months after paying the 'amount due' on this statement: you must make monthly payments of $180.07 and you will have paid $5,000.00 in principal and $1,825.56 in interest. If you make minimum payments only after paying the 'amount due' on this statement, it will take 93 months to pay off your current balance, and you will have paid $5,000.00 in principal and $4,546.28 in interest. That's $9.546.28 for a tank and bucket full of salt under my staircase. Rip off! I'm so disgusted and angry with myself that I fell for this craps. And at no time did I receive any paperwork stating the interest or fine print details about this. This company is an absolute scam. From the employee side they will attempt to find every reason to NOT pay you, with an oblivious local mgr, and out of state regional mgr, both ignoring calls and deferring to imaginary bosses as the scapegoat. The appointment setters are sarcastic and inefficient, as you will find most of your appts will be no shows. As a customer, they will attempt to inflate your soap costs, with the hope that the free soap they offer will make you buy the system. In the end, they are no better than a fly by night operation, which can quickly close it's Regis like office space and disappear. Stay far away from these guys. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! So I received a phone call solicitation from this company on October 16th. The representative, named Gene, said that someone would be in my area to test the water quality. So, I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday, October 17th at 4:00pm. At 4:15pm, no one came. Getting close to 4:30pm, still no one here. I am a busy person and have daily responsibilities/work just like everybody else. Not only did they not show up, they didn't even have the human decency to call and let me know that they were going to be late, or would not be coming at all. I called the phone number that I was given and spoke with Keelee who advised me that she was the dispatcher. She placed me on hold while she attempted to find out what happened. When she came back in the line she told me she didn't know what was going on. Then she asked me if I would be available for them to come back to my house to test the water at 6:00p. I said NO, absolutely not. This company wasted my time today. If I am nice enough to listen to your sales pitch, the least you could do is call if your going to be late, or are not coming at all. Here's the thing: If this company, Aqua Edge is this incompetent and disorganized when they are trying to sell me something, how could I trust them if I had any further issues or concerns with their products and services ??? We got our Aqua Edge system installed 12/21/17. It was the best decision we made. We felt a difference on our skin, my drinking glasses has little to no spots from the hard water we had before. The water taste much better so we will be saving on bottled water now. All in all Mr. Steve came in and educated us on the system and next day it was installed. Mr. Steve and his guy was knowledgeable of their product and had it up and running for us. The items that came along with it was a great bonus and we are enjoying on new and improved clean water. Had Aqua Edge company come to my house and present their product about a water filtration system. Said they were ranked in some the top companies by the Better Business Bureau. They came and put in our filter. Seemed to work fine for a couple weeks, then the water started tasting like salt. I called the company 10 times and finally got someone to talk to me and they said they would have someone come out in the next week to look at the filter. Next week nobody came, so I call five more times and the lady told me her supervisor knew about it and was in a meeting right then and would give me a call back. Waited till the next and never received a phone call. I called three times, talked to the same lady, and she said the same thing again. Later my filter would not regenerate (mixing the salts and purifying). I called again and again to have the same answers given to me. I finally reset the system 3 times and got it to work. I have not found anything on the BBB about this company and believe they may have scammed me to just get my money. This filtration system is not cheap at all and I have not been satisfied at all with the customer service of this company. Do not get a filtration system from this company! read more
