My pool heater just went down, and within a couple hours, Rolando had diagnosed the problem, quoted me, purchased the part, and fixed the problem. And his quote was beyond reasonable. He is the most efficient person out there, and he even responded to all of my texts and updated me throughout. He neglected to tell me that white plaster traps dirt. The bottom developed rust and dirt would not come out. He said it was my fault. He did fix it but the dirt got trapped again . He claimed it is the pH levels but this is not true as many people have white bottom pools and they don't trap the dirt the way this has . The plaster used is clearly crap.
