I noticed my pool filter was leaking after a recent pool filter clean that they completed. I let them know and they scheduled to take a look a few days later. They told me that the filter was now cracked and that they adjusted the O-ring, but that was the best that could be done without replacing the entire filter. The filter leaked even worse after that second visit. My filter was not cracked nor leaking prior to the cleaning. I reached out to let them know and they have not responded to my call or text. Also, they have recently added a fuel surcharge to service visits that they let you know about after your card is charged, not when scheduling service. I'm fine paying the fee- but would prefer if they were upfront about it. They charge a lot for a filter clean given the poor customer service and communication I have experienced.
