He was friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. He inspected the outside of our house to see if we had any other bee issues we may not have noticed. He performed his work quickly and efficiently. It's about 24 hrs later and there is minimal bee activity at the treated sit (it could take several days for all activity to stop). They came and did the job and the mice are still in my home as of September 2025. Over 50 emails back and forth, crew members at my home after weeks of trying to get in touch here they just check traps and leave. It was over 6k in services for mice removal and beetle treatment which they discovered. They are awful as communication and it takes weeks to hear back from them. I am so udderly disappointed with how much we had to spend on mice removal and sealing up our home for there to still be an ongoing issue even a year later. I will be going forward with contacting the BBB about this company as it feels we were robbed of our money for a job never completed.

Plants that were in no way in the scope of the work trampled and dirty hand prints all over the vinyl siding. They said some mulch would need to be replaced and I figured that. 13 bags later I didn't consider. The reason they loosely packed the trench spreading the remaining soil and rock over the area. I received an email explaining the scope of the work and responded asking the person to please call me before writing my review. Not once not twice did I ask so third time I post it here. Funny when they were quoting the work they made a point they were #1. I said #2 tries harder. So maybe look at e-mails and get back go your customer when they reach out.
