He was friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. He inspected the outside of our house to see if we had any other bee issues we may not have noticed. He performed his work quickly and efficiently. It's about 24 hrs later and there is minimal bee activity at the treated sit (it could take several days for all activity to stop). He left instructions in case we continue to see activity after the weekend. We have been very happy with Jay and Mike and Sons' up to this point.

It was over 6k in services for mice removal and beetle treatment which they discovered. They are awful as communication and it takes weeks to hear back from them. I am so udderly disappointed with how much we had to spend on mice removal and sealing up our home for there to still be an ongoing issue even a year later. I will be going forward with contacting the BBB about this company as it feels we were robbed of our money for a job never completed.
