I've been going to Apropo Crepes for years since they opened. I've always loved their crepes, everything I've tried is delicious. My favorite is the 305 Chicken and Dubai Chocolate Strawberry crepes. I got to say this place is always packed, especially during this busy holiday season. Stopped by to get something to eat, it had been a while since we had been here and to tell you the truth, I wasn't feeling the food court food. My wife ordered the 305 (Chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and honey mustard), and I had the Burger Crepe (Burger, lettuce, tomatoes, Mayo, mustard, garlic cilantro sauce). The wait was not too bad, maybe 5min. You see the crepes being made before you as your cheese melts on the crepe. Now to the nitty gritty, my wife was not happy, says it have not enough sauce (honey mustard) and the chicken was flavorless. My crepe on the other hand was amazing. The burger meat had good flavor and tons of sauce in my crepe. I had to share. (2 bites) my crepe with my wife since she was not happy and mine was really good, which she agreed. The place looks like it has been remodeled or is under new ownership. Much brighter and cleaner looking. The added dining area that is only for their customer is great and easy to find seating to eat. We sat there and watched a worker take 2 handfuls of raw chicken with his gloved hands to put on the griddle. He then proceeded to handle other crepes with his gloves covered in glistening raw chicken juice and hand them to customers. We asked him to change his gloves and he seemed annoyed. When I got to the counters, the young ladies where dancing and enjoying themselves as they work, love that. So ordered 3 different sweet crepes, banana Nutella, and two different ones can't remembered, but boy oh boy, if u got a sweet tooth this will definitely fill that up for u. It's located right in the middle of the mall where there's a lot of traffic and it gets super busy here during prime hours. It's perfect for a quick bite. What I love about Apropo is that their crepes are huge, juicy, and flavorful for less than $10 each. They will fill you up. Apropo serves both entree crepes and dessert crepes with a wide variety to choose from. I usually get a steak or chicken caesar crepe with everything on it. The wrap itself is usually soft yet crisp and the meat is always juicy and flavorful. The crepes always come out hot and ready and you can watch all of them being made right in front of you. As usual we were here to order our cafe con leche, but this time I tried the hot coco since we are in the season. The hot coco was ok nothing special. I also decided to finally try their Crepes, I had no idea what to order so I went with the Mexican which includes lettuce,tomato, cheese, guacamole, green and red peppers, for protein I got the chicken. They also put a sauce, they give you the option of spicy or mild. I chose the mild as I like spicy but was not sure how spicy it would have been. The crepe and all the ingredients were so fresh, the sauce was really delicious and just the perfect amount of spicy. The crepe was perfect for myself since I love to eat and I eat a lot. I'm not giving 5 stars because I felt that something was missing, I thought the chicken needed more flavor. That is the only thing that I have to say was lacking flavor. I will definitely be trying their other crepes and of course we will be coming back for our usual. And recommending it to anyone. I've been here once before a long time ago and wasn't pleased with the food I received, but my girlfriend wanted to try them out and like I said, it had been a while for me so maybe they improved. They didn't. We love crepes and have had some great ones through the years but this places crepes taste like thin flavorless bread. If anything they are serving you tortillas. Don't think I'm only judging on the crepe flavor alone (even though this is what their supposed to specialize in). I ordered the Hawaiian crepe and the chicken was the same they use for every chicken wrap variation. I noticed this as I watched them make a few before mine. The chicken tastes fine if I was ordering a southwestern (spiced up) crepe but I wasn't. My girlfriend ordered a pesto crepe and the same chicken was used. Does not match in flavor. Mine comes with pineapple straight from a can, and the least they could do was heat it up like a pizza place would, but no. I tried my best to enjoy the pineapples but they were ALL pretty much frozen. I wanted to say something but we couldn't wait for another since we were in the mall for a movie. The pesto crepe was flavorless as well and there was no pesto! Look up the crepe on their website and noice that you can see the pesto dripping from the crepe. This one had absolutely none... the service is nothing special. They just want your money. Their set up is not easy to deal with either. They have 4 registers available but in different sides of the shop and in the middle they place your crepes for you to pick up. What's wrong with that right? Well, when you place high chairs at what's meant to be the pick up location for people to sit this means having to ask people to move and reach over them awkwardly. Why they would sit there to begin with is another question, but I'm guessing the lack of seats is the answer. Take what you can find basically. I would not recommend this place nor will I give it a third chance. Very disappointed knowing a paid $23 for bad food and a bottle of water. read more

If you want to have a nice breakfast don't go on weekends. This place is clean and nice. But they failed in 3 things; First off, there was a young lady, she was on training on a weekend and seems very unsupported by the staff. (She was by herself). She was very clueless. When you have a new employee in a fast food place you can't just schedule him/her on weekends, because is gonna affect all the performance. 2. Anyways I placed my order and another lady helped me, I ordered a breakfast with a orange juice, arepa, black coffee and a water. The person who was helping me she was pretty busy doing other things like trying to help the new employee, taking my order and helping others places while taking my order which is not very good because she is not paying attention of what I'm ordering. 3. I waited for around 20-25 minutes for a sandwich to be ready. I went to see if they really processed my order and they forgot to called me once my sandwich was ready. I Knew it because when started to eating it, the sandwich was cold. I guess they forgot to called me. That's why I'm taking 2 stars from this place, is nice place food is good but the service and the management of people it's has to improve. read more

So was it the time I came to eat? Was it the midday management? Are they cutting costs? I do not know. We stopped by for two sandwiches to go, very excited about the prospect of having them since we really liked this place. (Liked, past tense) First things first, why does the music have to be so loud I have to repeat myself various times? I order the Roast Beef which in my opinion there is no 'wrong' when it comes to Roast Beef. Remember this statement later. The sandwich description: Roast beef, cheddar cheese, red onions, roasted peppers and lettuce. OK I figure 'gourmet' Roast Beef, not your usual Roast Beef but I loved their Salmon Sandwich so why not... but I did ask for no cheese or lettuce. The guy proceeds to put one slice... ONE SLICE of beef, approximately ONE OUNCE or less of beef on the sandwich, adds a bit of onion, and something like 3 small slices of peppers. I am sure he will add more stuff later, positive. I mean really ONE slice? There has to be more than that, or is that what the lettuce was for? As a filler? I ask if they have horseradish... He literally mouths (because we cant talk really) "I don't know what that is". Oh yea I forgot we aren't in the States where Roast Beef is usually paired with Horseradish. I tell him if he doesn't know what it is then they don't have it. Fine wrap it up I am late. Very late because although there was little to no line they are uber slow. Super disorganized and super slow. The cashier mutters something, I can tell its in Spanish but either way I don't understand her because of the music. I say "excuse me?" She gives me one of those dead behind the eyes looks. I ask AGAIN! I realize she doesn't understand enough English to tell that I am asking her to repeat herself because I didn't hear her and she was panicking because she couldn't communicate in English. Finally I pay, get out and when I went to eat the sandwich I was not surprised to find that it was not good at all. The bread was, but I didn't want bread with sporadic bites of teeny bits of pepper and onions. I asked for a Roast Beef sandwich. The Roast Beef was NOT good by any means, this was a "they got the Roast Beef WRONG" moment. It tasted like bad prosciutto. Ew My daughters Tuna sandwich was also lacking in everything but lettuce. Its supremely uncool to use the lettuce as a serious filler for a mediocre sandwich. Fail. read more

This place is over priced. We ordered 2 crepes (13.59 each) , 2 fries with cheese (5 each) and bacon and 1 philly steak baguette (12.49). The fries were all stuck together cause the cheese was hard and we couldn't even separate them. The crepes weren't what we ordered, they put things that belonged in my crepe on my friends crepe and vise versa. They didn't even wanna fix it after wards. For sweet crepes they're pretty good, still over priced. read more
