My girlfriend and I probably spent nearly a thousand dollars at this place over the course of two years. Toward the end I did think it was odd that only one of the cold cases was being used to store gelato. At first the owner said the one case was broken. But month after month passed and it was always "broken." He would have 8-10 flavors available for sale and that was it. Doesn't seem like enough for a place that specializes in gelato. Anyway, one day we go to this place and there's a sign saying it's temporarily closed for some remodeling or whatever. Weeks go by and I occasionally drop by to check on the status. About two months go by and I visit only to find that it's no longer Capricci. Apparently, the owner sold his business. Instead of being just a gelato place, now it's an "everything-under-the-sun" place. You can order crepes, sandwiches, blah, blah, blah. I walked in for giggles and the guy working behind the counter just didn't seem like entrepreneur material. I walked out without ordering anything and will not be visiting that retail location ever again...unless something completely new and different moves in. Don't know what happened to the old Capricci and its owners but it really seems like they gave up on a good business. Really disappointing.

A larger open-top trash can (or foot pedal style) would be such an easy upgrade and would instantly make the space feel cleaner. 2. The women's restroom needs a hook or small shelf for purses. There's currently nowhere to set anything down, and it didn't feel as clean as the dining area. Even a simple wall hook would completely change that experience.
