Second, that's how I knew it was going to be a good massage! Good Asian food & massages are better when they barely speak English & have bad customer service lol I had to call a few times to get an appointment. I noticed she doesn't like to make appointments in advance, I got an appointment the day of. I go to the chiropractor every month, but my back still aches, so my chiropractor actually recommended getting massages. I had the combo massage for an hour at $80 & it felt way longer than an hour! Assumed this was half Thai & regular massage, which was great because last Thai massage I had elsewhere was SO PAINFUL. She started by standing on my back and dug her toes in & cracked my back in 4 different places! That's when I knew it was gonna be good! She cracked me in places I didn't even know could be cracked! She asked if I liked it hard in the beginning, so if you don't like it hard just let her know. I like it hard and this was almost perfect.. Thai massages I just assume are slightly more "hard" so I expected it to be, but wasn't overbearing. I must've had a tight right shoulder because she was massaging that area a lot & was relentless until it loosened up. She does full body front & back. She even cracked my neck & sides like my chiropractor does. It was an overall great massage. I actually plan on making this my massage place now. Will be coming back every other month for this massage! Heads up, she does answer the phone during massages which ruined the "zen" but didn't bother me as much. Also felt bad because the person on the phone couldn't understand her thick accent. She was like yelling "see you at 6 pm!" I assume she looses some clients over this.. If you have a bad back, I think Thai massages is the only thing that works. I spent around $130 for a Himalayan rock massage at another place & it was terrible. They just rubbed the rock on my body for an hour & did not touch me once! So hole in the wall Asian places is much better than the boujee massage parlors I been to.

I asked Bob to give me advanced notice if he had issues arriving on time per my previous encounter; we confirmed a time. The morning of he asks if we could move up my appointment by 4 hours and luckily I was flexible. He estimated he'd arrive within an hour and then 40 minutes later his contractor arrived for my Massage. While she was fine, I specifically needed very hard pressure otherwise I would not have booked a massage with his company. The failure to give more more than 1-4 hours notice about changing appointment times on two occasions and then not telling me he would not be providing the Massage but his contractor would is a clear disappointment and failure in communicating on his part. I was excited to explore a recurring massage with Bob for a couple of months. Unfortunately I find this business unreliable and dishonest. Will absolutely utilize more professional mobile massage services that are even on-demand like Zeel. Nothing like being excited for many days for acute muscle relief to only receive a Swedish style massage from someone you didn't book with. Buyers beware of the $60 deal!

However, the scheduling process could use some work. Sometimes they answer and sometimes they don't. Also, when you do get a hold of them, they ask you for your preferred day/time, but then have to reach out to their staff to see if anyone is willing to do it. I'd expect them to just have everyone's availability and be able to fill in the spots as people request appointments, but it doesn't seem like the case here. This is different from your ordinary massage places. Here, they use Acupressure and Reflexology. That means they may use their elbows and sometimes even knees to dig deep. For the most part they don't take your clothes off and use a bunch of oils. They typically cover you with a sheet and use very little oils if any.
