They shipped the wrong boots so I took them back to the store and the cashier took them back and did a return. However, here it is 1 1/2 months and still they have not issued the credit. I've gone back to the store twice and spoken to the manager who did a credit on the register, but it didn't get applied to my acct so I still owed it. I've called Kohls customer service 5 times and was told it was taken care of. Not! The last call they informed me I missed a payment which I had not. The person retracted that and said my acct was in order. Got my statement today, nothing has been resolved. In 50 years I've never missed a credit card payment, so I paid the stupid thing just to keep a derogatory off my credit report. All of this over $30-$40 dollars. Love how they take advantage of a senior citizen on social security. I will never step in that store again! Even tried to correct it on line today with someone on their chat. Didn't happen. I am so disappointed in Kohls and their customer service.

The problem was, they only had two of the three that I needed. So, the cashier called over to their Sartell store to have them hold it for me. I paid for all three at the St. Cloud store, but was able to run over to Sartell to pick up the third blade. On top of that, the cashier asked if I needed help putting the blades on and came out to my vehicle to help me replace the blades. Now that's customer service! Since the battery on this model was not removable and that the ebike must be stored at 50F+, we decided against it, and ended up buying a different model that we actually liked better. I had a remote start installed about a month ago. After the install I had no control over the…read moreclimate control in my vehicle. I called the guy (ended up being the owner's son) to tell him and he tried to tell me how to operate the climate control! I brought it back the next day and the owner and a technician looked at it for 5 minutes and then decided my vehicle was defective prior to me bringing it in to them. Other than no control over the climate control, I couldn't open the back hatch, an interior light would stay on, a tire pressure sensor came on, traction control warning light came on. The son was a complete jerk being condenscending and insulting to me and being sarcastic when I would ask him to explain to me in detail what needed to get done to resolve this problem. Same with the owner saying I was lying to them when I said nothing was wrong with my vehicle until they touched it. I lived with this for a week!! My windows would fog up!! I was either freezing or sweating from the system turning on an off whenever it did whatever it wanted. I could hear a clicking sound. I took it to my mechanic and he disconnected it and guess what? EVERYTHING was back to normal. My issue with Four Star is that they refused to think they messed it up. They said it was my fault. SEVERLY poor customer service. No one would listen to me. They took it out and I got all my money back. That was the absolute least thing they could do for me after this horrible experience with them.
