She claimed I was going to be called next and that my doctor was just finishing up with her patient. I call bs on that because in fact last year when I was there for a simple annual cleaning I was never attended to by a doctor and it was an assistant that did my full cleaning. So any of the assistants could have called me at any time. Instead they called the 5 others including a man whose appointment was one hour after mine. Nice to know the supervisor is so loyal to her employees at the expense of their patients time and expense.

The dental hygienists I have seen have both been great. They calmed my nerves. They have televisions you can watch while they work on your teeth. Not sure if they have the option to listen to music but I will pick that option next time. Kind of hard to watch tv with a dentist in your face. Dr Aurentz is so sweet. I had multiple fillings that needed to be fixed. She is so sweet and made the fillings sound like they were no big deal. I get embarrassed by my teeth and smile but they really are all so positive in this office.

Very nice staff, very poor service and practices.My husband went in for the new patient price for…read morecleaning, exam, and X-ray. $79 They didn't even touch his teeth, Xray and then said he has these issues, possible cavity and inflammation on his gums. They said you really need a deep clean. It would be $2000 for a deep clean, my husband obviously said no. They said well if you wont get a deep clean, then we won't do a regular cleaning because it wouldn't be worth it, so you're good to go. Made him pay the $80 that should've been for the cleaning and x-ray and exam. But he only got x-rays and told that he needed to pay more to get a deep clean even though he already paid for basic cleaning.... I'm very frustrated. We will not be back and will not recommend. All after 2 hours of sitting there.
