Both are Acer Predators and at the time I bought them were top of the line. The repaired computer is so fast now. I'm so glad to have it back with all of my old data intact. Relieved. Geeks did all of this in one day! Any of my future repairs will go straight to them. They have a vast amount of knowledge and do so much more than simple but critical repairs. I also took them a new laptop that I wanted set up. It's a dream to use with no bloatware. This was same day service. However today I got a letter telling me that after more than 35 years they would no longer keep me as client because they could not handle the load in the area. As you might have noticed, after 35 years, I am loyal and believe in those I need to trust. I am about to retire which would require significant help from my "trusted" accountants. However, there is no loyalty with BCS and therefore no trust. They misled folks about the engagement and their desire to build relationships. They can't be trusted and there is no loyalty which puts its clients at risk. Find another accountant would be my advice before you are cut loose by the Johnson City elite. I see how hard she works and if it is not a turnover, will sometimes work to get my house clean. I cannot even imagine how difficult her job is. I know I would not want to have to clean two or three houses in one day and in the short time you often have between tenants. I'm not sure what happened with the other reviewer, but it is extremely hard to imagine she would be that different of a person from what my experience has been with her.
