I just got off the phone with this jerk Gabriel. My wife and I were dealing with a major headache with our dishwasher sending an error code and basically, we couldn't do anything with the dishwasher. I agreed to the price and said, "but only if you can come now," due to the pressing issue. This idiot responds to me, insinuating that I am making demands on him or trying to force him to come take care of our problem right away and tells me that he is refusing service and tells me, "I have better things to do and now you can go find someone else to help you." Listen, I'll be the first one to acknowledge if I was rude, disrespectful, or overly demanding on a service provider and I wouldn't be leaving this kind of review. But I was very nice to him and just expressing the time-sensitive issue to him regarding the dishwasher. This guy was a total jerk when we needed just a little bit of courtesy from a service provider in the midst of an emergency. This guy is definitely not someone that I would reach out to for any appliance help, nor any help whatsoever in the future. I cannot say enough good things about Gabriel. He answered the phone right away, and after describing the problem with our dryer, he came the same day, luckily within an hour. He had most of the parts needed in his truck, and what he didn't have, he went and got the parts needed. Our Kenmore dryer is a heavy duty model and uses a wider drive belt. That done, our circuit board over heated without us knowing and ended up giving an error code. Gabriel came back, and diagnosed the problem, taking the circuit board with him, he repaired and installed the board on the following day. This saved us the cost of a new circuit board, and the dryer is working perfectly. Excellent service and knowledgeable. Can't speak highly enough of Gabriel and this company. Our (fairly new, less than 5 years old) Samsung dryer started to run very rough and would clank and bang very loud throughout the house, like metal scraping metal. Gabriel spent almost 3 hours diagnosing, replacing parts, and disassembling / re-assembling the machine 6 times. After all of that the main issue of the loud clanking was gone, but the machine still did not run as quiet as day one or to HIS standards.
